I disagree here. He has been rejected quite a few times now and that has always happened after he became serious about the relationship. So he fears being rejected again. Trying to be all confident and aloof works like a defence mechanism so that if and when the anticipated rejection hits, he doesn't feel like he gave it all and still got rejected. He has become so used to it that he doesn't realise that he is doing it. His mind hasn't realised that he will lose here if he keeps this up.

also that dialogue during mishnal conversation, 'wo meri behan hai toh nahi par kaash hoti', looked like another lame attempt to glorify or rather make viewers sympathise with FL, dont know if thats what is called manipulative writing

jab clear hai ki dono ek-dusre ko behan nahi maanti toh rehne do na vaise hi, anyways viewers were loving their frenemies equation

Since PF brought the topic out, post divorce fiasco we've seen Kunal try to let everyone know he wants Kuhu and Abir repeatedly saying Kunal loves Kuhu (more number of times than Kunal actually thought) but we didn't get a glimpse of Kuhu saying or thinking about loving Kunal. I know its unsaid but like the beautiful dream sequence of Kunal imagining Kuhu, why can't we get one where Kuhu does something for Kunal?

The past is past. Mistakes have been forgiven, overseen, brushed under the carpet, etc.. but now that both are being shown "equal" is it fair to wish to see a pehel from Kuhu's side?

I do think he has his walls up but not listening to Kuhu or disregarding her concerns is not a symptom of that. Also, there has been no introspection scene where we see him doubting Kuhu's feelings. I would love for what you said to be shown to us. It's hard to believe it when there have been no scenes to substantiate it.

I think Kunal needs to lose for sure. I want him to adore Kuhu and go all out for her, which he STILL hasn't done. The writers seem to be doing this on purpose because there will probably be a KuKu separation when Meenu Ka Chakravyuh Pt 2 is revealed and the true rot in KuShti's relationship is exposed.

Regarding the RVs, they're not dumb, they're just happy with the status quo. Kaushal and Nidhi are happy to live under Big Ben's chhatrachhaya and Naanu enables his daughter despite talking big. Parul worships her too but it's not like her wishes matter. Same for Ketki.

I used to believe that the RVs would give BB a taste of her own medicine once they found out the truth about her but the truth is, they don't want to revolt. It's a lack of initiative, not intelligence.

What do you think they'll gain with giving it back to her? They've seen how dangerous she is and now their daughters are staying with her so even if they want they can't do much!

Can you elaborate on what reactions do you expect from them? Knowing you I'm running to get my popcorn before reading your take 😛

I am okay with not seeing a pehel from Kuhu's side for now. She is obsessed with her Mishti-hate and I think that's an interesting angle to probe. A woman on the warpath while the man tries to reel her back. I have a thing for the whole 'will accept you with your flaws' trope hehe.

Kunal should also let Kuhu know he wants her.

I am!🙈 It hasn't even been 12 hours since I woke up so yeah.

She did try to book that sportscar so that they could go on a long drive.

I don't see either of them making a move as of now. They both are so engrossed in their personal struggles that it's hard for them to see past that. The only time their paths intersect is when Kunal's decisions affect Kuhu's life and when Abir goes to Kunal to discuss the sisters' enmity. Otherwise, their headspace is filled with questions about their own selves.

Hey PF.. Here we are writing long posts about their equation, digging up the parent show's episodes and the writers made this look like sibling rivalry on a lighter note in just 1 episode. It reminds me of movies where sisters fight for fun but stay together during thick times. So basically the writers are luring the viewers into believing everything will be alright. Have you guys watched Patakha movie?

I think you're talking about the Maheshwaris, if i am not wrong. I was talking about the RVs but I do have a take on what reactions I would like the Maheshwaris to have

-Nanchak should take over whatever magical company the RVS own and be Meenu's boss

-Meenakshi should be forced to join a kitty party with Jasmeet and Nidhi

-BM and BP should give her a crash course in 'How to be benevolent but useless mukhiyas 101'

-Make her star in a Hum Saath Saath Hai-themed music video
