In 80s and 90s audience gave ppl innumerable chances to succeed or learn acting ok not today in 2010 onwards. Otherwise amir khan started in 1986 till 2001 lagan he had so many flops and had no great acting skills too. He started acting only after 2000 onwards and good movies. Salman was sucess because of his good looks and innumerable affair story and barjatyas only. Otherwise salman does not know abc of acting today too watch him. Salman started in 1987 or 88 and 33 yeras later does not know acting or dancing etc yet survived. Akshay kumar too started in 1990 and was more famous for his affairs than acting or movies. Its only last 5-10 years hes considered good actor because of movies he does. He still do not know abc of acting like salman. Ajay devgan started in 1991 and till zakhm film won him nation award in 97-88 was not considered good actor. So star dom do not depend on talent in 90s atleast, it depend on connections and network.

alia is avg looking and avg actor she do not know dancing not good at comedy not great looks no great expressions she cannot be super star like madhuri/sri devi etc but she has bhatt surname and kjo as god father. So no matter what adience feel shes remaining to pushed down audience throat.

deepika had padukone name and ranbir kapoor girl friend name to succeed initially and than slb her god father who propelled her to super stardom. otherwise deepika is avg actress and avg looking too but she knows how to stay in limelight with controversy and pr.

todays audience less accepting than 90s people but still jhanvi, alia,ananya all being pushed down our throats although no big talent to boast off

There is a huge difference between a married actress like deepika whose been in the business for over 10 years and a young actress whose not married. Married actresses usually lose their stardom, only few actresses survive, that's the truth.

Problem is people compare the married actresses “current” position to the single actresses “peak” lol

Measure the peaks and the truth couldn’t be more clear.

Didn’t Deepika give like 5-6 100 Cr movies in a row ?
