So from team sid shukla tweets it is basically clear when this show was offered. So jyoti di,me and others were right, it was offered to her sometime during that gautam kathik waala week.

And apparently that's why vikas was asked to go in connection week. Majorly To patch things btwn sidnaaz. Cos sidnaaz agar toot jaata to lag jaati show ki gandi waali. And after coming out , truth would have been out. Sid wld have stated clearly why he was upset.. He wld not have been contract bound so colors cant control him. So they sent vg to calm down the situation

But sid surprised the makers again by patching with sana himself.

And apparently she took that decision on her own. Sid mentioned in one interview that she didn't sign the show at gunpoint .

Anyways lets hope the full.news is out soon.

Solos esp sana solos must realize that it is this one sided narrative which is still helping sana kaa image.

Imagine if sid had confessed ,or expressed his disliking towards the show in public.

How wld sana participation in this shoe wld have been taken. She wld have called so much names then.

As for Colors TV, see, what defines any sustainable corporate structure is governance and leadership. But leadership minus ethical decision making is a poor model that can earn neither growth nor goodwill for the company. And stress and pressure are just poor excuses for failing compliance towards best practice. After seeing the MSK mess, I don’t have much expectations from the leadership. They are not pro-employee at all, be it towards the BB technical team nor their actor panel.

The corporates, mostly thrive for the financial goals rather than cultural goals. The newer corporates are developing cultural goals also but not many are able to sustain them. My utopia consists of organisations with goals for cultural, moral and ethical balance.
