It was the most thanda finale ever, with the most absurdly muted and delayed celebration, if one can even call it that. It was but obvious - to everyone, and especially Shukla - and that pretty much says it all.

But dil behlane ko yeh khayaal bhi achcha hain ke it was comepletely well deserved and not one-sided. Lol - waise khayaal toh yeh bhi ghoom raha hain ke Shukla is a decent sort 😆

Looks like people forgot the Gauhar Khan wala finale...Salman almost forgot to handover Gauhar her trophy and was walking away ...🤣

Maybe I was reading a bit too much into the scene (which I do when it comes to Shukla😆), but frankly it looked like makers had personally trained the damaad and fed him his lines. Everyone else was babbling out of nervousness except this guy.

And khayalon se hi toh winner bane hai Shukla Ji! Reality toh kuch aur hi hai! I wonder what these people will say when they encounter a Shukla in real life! Take care next time?🤪

Hardly a comparison IMO - the way I saw it, Sallu couldn’t stand having to hand Gauhar the trophy - and yet the celebration was pretty standard IIRC. My view on how thanda last night’s award moment was, and why I think that is - is simply that - my view and what I think is the reason for it. So in case this is going to be followed up with an “angoor khatte hain” and the like kinda juvenile digs - I wouldn’t waste the time.
