Sorry but these are very very very different accusations

- 'Hitting on' a girl who is not interested is cheap and unclassy. Looking at both Shefali's and Mahira's (who had a very sweet, touching goodbye with Asim) behavior towards Asim, it is hard to believe.

- Being physically assaultive and violent is illegal. Also, sl*t-shaming, and the use of certain words especially with people you are in a relationship with and have a sexual/intimate history with can be considered sexual harassment and public misconduct (relevant to laws designed to protect modesty of women).

Personally, I don't believe anything until there is proof. The 'proof' Shefali has presented is very underwhelming, and completely questionable after how Shefali chanted Asim's name over and over again despite him ignoring her during her last two weeks on the show. Mahira hasn't claimed anything. Shilpa's 'proof' just suggests a very abusive and rude relationship existed between but it is not definitive proof of violence like she is claiming. Apparently, she filed a police report. If she can show us a copy (which she must have gotten when she filed it), then finally we can conclude that Sid may be in real trouble.
