Self-awareness. He knows exactly who he is. Very important for people early on in the road to success. Also, because of this quality, he is aware of his weaknesses and is eager to learn. Never has an ego about learning something new - whether its something small like cooking a new dish, or something big like changing his whole task strategy based on someone's suggestion.

I think his biggest quality in my opinion Is his willingness to introspect and analyse his own self and accept his flaws and where he goes wrong and apologise for the same!
