In my rush to finally post a msg I have managed to send my manners for a toss much like NM's brain! How are you and how is work? I have been meaning to PM you for the last week but family life and work has been hectic! Nothing urgent. Will do it in the next week or so.

You should watch the whole interview. The beginning portion is fine. He talks about CAA and big brother but than it goes downhill. He talks about not wanting to do a dance reality show because 'who are they to judge him (Rohini - from my memory didn't he sign up with his wife for Nach Baliya before one of them got injured?). They asked if there was any role currently on TV he could do better. He said every role he could do better. The funniest though was he said he didn't do any promotion because so many were social media pimps (something along those line). You will love it!

Yes NM did sign up with Nach Baliye with Jankee but they opted out bcoz of Jankee injury...

Also i thought he was talking about Big boss and how ppl judge contestants and their behavior whereas so many important issues are going on in the country ....was he talking about judging reality shows based on singing dancing cooking? These reality show platforms actually give lot of opportunities for many normal ppl....

About Big Boss, i really don't get all hype around it...on one side fans say its scripted and other side bitch about how contestants are unfair and blah blah ....SM is full of big boss nonsense....

@bold....isn't this a bit too much for any actor ? I remember he said something similar about romance on ITV too during or after DIB when clearly his chemistry/romance with both his co-stars Manjari and Niti was a big flop.....

The issue in my opinion is not whether he was asked the question or not or whether he is a good actor or not but that for someone who always bleats on about professionalism in the TV world, and being non judgemental he pretty much contradicted everything he preaches in this interview. He essentially showed absolute hypocrisy because 5 minutes earlier he was talking about not being judged. Whilst I agree with NM's view (never understood the hype around VD and he said a pretty crappy thing about kinnars in a pink villa interview which no one appear to raise an issue around when he was working in Shakti) it was a incredibly unprofessional jibe to make at a fellow colleague in the industry. As you said Nihara it's a view he can hold privately but should never have aired publicly especially as he was full of glowing praises of VD a few years ago.

The timing of this also makes no sense. After an eternity his tags are filled with love and positivity for his new webseries. Why would you ruin that! He just appears to have become so thoughtless, hypocritical and arrogant of late. Methinks its time for him to step back from social media and refrain from doing anymore interviews until he clears his headspace. Its almost as if after DIB he craves the trolling and insults because nothing else can explain the statements in this interview!

Here i dont think anyone asked NM's opinion on VD's acting or rating in TV industry ..so idk what was the necessity of those statements on VD.Not only that, its also about him having lack of self awareness about how awful he was as Dhinku...He never realised his shortcomings..he is in delusion that he did some awsome job as Dhinku and Dhinku-2 looking at the way he talking like he chose some amazing choices 🙄

I really did hope that as an actor NM did introspect on his failure in DIB.....bcoz its necessary for any artist to step back and introspect on both their failures and success....He has not spoken about his stint as Shivaansh after the show has ended....

about Dhinku-2 you mean Sumer in his college days in NKYBF ? if yes, then the series seems to be a hit as per the producers and cast and mostly the reviews are good...so i guess he thinks that Sumer is an amazing choice as an actor.....

Oh then he talked about lot of things...anyway thanks for the info..I dont think i have any patience or motivation to watch it in detail...It seems he has been in this same delusional mode from Dhinku days 🙄....its better to not take him seriously anymore...not only him...any actors for that matter...kab flip ho jatha hai pata nahi 🙄....Isiliye i have never followed offscreen stuff of any actors much...I have been in IF from 3 yrs..In these 3 yrs i followed only NarBhi ..IB ke baad NarBhi moments bhi nahi milta...lol...Before coming into this site i never watched TV shows..Movies dekhna bhi badi baat tha/hai...toh movie actors bhi i never followed......its not like the actors are some great personalities ...so i never had any patience/ motivation to follow the actors...haha

Now i feel that there are two characters...One character is with that wife and with that Catherine actress (ie., in Coal mine scenes) bcz if you observe his slang,it is similar in those 2 stories and village type...

Other character is that stylish psycho guy with Rashi khanna and with air hostess (or whoever she is...)

Regarding VD tweet, So he has been doing only love stories kya ? I watched his Taxiwala, I liked it.It was a thriller, it was not a love story ,actually it is much better than that so called love story AR..Eventhough i watched AR in bits and pieces, i can say it was old wine in new bottle, we Telugu ppl have been watching such same typical psycho love stories from 1990's know ..

Other than these two movies, i have not watched his other movies...So I'm not sure which genre they were.Geeta govindham i couldnt watch it beyond half an hour, so i dont even know what genre it is exactly 😆...

I think love story genre in Telugu are still watchable ..Other genre in Telugu toh more chindi hote hain aajkal..lol...I came across few scenes of that Mahesh babu new movie (which is so called family entertainer) it was so cringe inducing 🤢...

So VD should not stop doing love stories , I think he should actually stop playing this psycho lover boy stories man! Kya tha woh phodoing his head in that WFL trailer 🤢..And what the hell with that dialogue " My bleeding on my face lessons my pain in heart " ( something on this line) after phodoing his head..Such lame scenes only grab eyeballs...They have already shown all that psychogiri in AR, they should have spared the audience in this movie...but it is more psychoness in this movie ...🙄....Anyway it seems he is doing more than one character in this movie toh he have good scope performance wise,thats the plus point. And he is a good actor no doubt but his dialogue delivery in the last bit of old trailer in Tamil and telugu versions of WFL cracked me up 🤣...I mean i'm referring to old trailer ..not new one..lol..
