Is only person responsible for the crime he commits?

In this show one very complex question has arisen

The question is when a person dos crimes is only he or she to be blamed?

Is not his family and friends who have turned blind eye to his doings to be blamed?

Is law and society that turns blind eye to someones crimes because the person may be rich and powerful etc to be blamed

Is the society that goes by outward character of person that does not see real intentions of person to be blamed equally?

I know i am not sounding very logical here. Now you will say that Maya's crimes are not known to Nandini. So how is she responsible for anything that Maya does? That is my whole point. How is Nandini so blind that she do not know that Maya loved an already married man MJ 10 years back? Or even if she knew she did not advice Maya to not have affair with an already married man in his late 40s.

Same way 10 years later how is nandini so blind that she does not know Mayas intentions to marry Rudra? Or that she has already killed Rishi. Is it not parents primary responsibility to look out for their children and stop them from going wrong? Or is it you just give birth let child kill or murder or rape you are not bothered? If parents cannot understand children who will? You just give birth to kids and let the do what they want in life murder, manipulate, extra marital affair. Oh really as parent you have no responsibility towards your kids actions hows that possible? You do not even know whats your child doing? Than are you a responsible parent. Noooo its your duty to know what your child is up to is it not?

Same thing applies to MJ and his family too. But here do not want to get MJs side of story lets concentrate on Mayas deeds only as shes marrying now.

Rudra also shares equal blame as Nandini. He is Mayas husband, hes supposed to find everything about her.

Does he know who maya is really? No

Does he know Mayas family well and what happened to them? No

Does he not have any responsibility as husband for crimes shes committing? Of course yes. Like Nandini hes equal to blame for Mayas crimes, hes gone blind in love

Than we come to rajeev. Not sure why he supports Maya but what sort of friend is he? Hes supporting her in her murder sprees. What was that gun with rajeev in MJs house? If Nandini or he were caught would he kill Rudra or Ananya to go out safely? Oh really, he would because hes already killed Ankit Rishis friend i think. And actively involved in planning Rudras murder with Maya. The person who plans murder is not only accused the person who presses trigger is also murderer is it not?

Is only criminal responsible for crime he commits or his supporters are also equally responsible?

Is only criminal responsible for his or her crime or society that keeps quiet despite past signs of future crimes? Maya always staying alone in dark room not having friends not going out wears only black does that not ring a bell? to both Nandini and Rudra or even those around her(except annaya hats off to this girl shes grabbed mayas pulse truly well)

Is all those who have actively encouraged her emotional manipulating behaviours and self pity dramas and covered her grave crimes willingly or unwilling, knowingly or unknowingly too equally responsible?

Is not Rudra responsible forRishis death in a way?

Is not Rajeev too responsible for Rishis death?

Is not Nandini responsible for Rishis death?

all indirectly by encouraging Mayas narcissist and Machiavellian behaviour all life since they met her

Is not MJ responsible for Rishis death in a way?

That is the question here

I would have loved to add ananya too in this because she knows what may can do, she suspects her but never told MJ or anyone. OK she told Rudra but he does not believe her nooo. So i let her off the hook for now. She could go to police with her doubts that may save more murders but she will not. So shes responsible for any murders hence on too by maya.

We still don't know what happened with Maya. I don't why, but I feel it wasn't about an extra marital affair. In Maya's hit list there were two hisdwn faces. I think one of them is Maya's ex-lover and the father of her unborn child. And if her wasn't married then why would Nandini have an objection?????

Also without knowing what happened to Maya we can't understand what kind character change she underwent. If her character changed completely then it is impossible for Nandini to know what she is thinking. She knows what her daughter has been through. But can she predict how this is going to affect her. Same things affect different persons differently. How would she know that??? When Maya didn't even tell her that she was planning a revenge. Specially with a missing husband and son.

Not going out or only wearing black can't be hint of what Maya is doing. You can't blame Nandini or Rudra for Rishi's death. Only Maya and MJ are to be blamed to that poor child's death.

And as for Anannya. She wouldn't have doubted Maya if it wasn't for her jealousy. So I can't give her any credit for that.
