They are all talented, but not getting the right opportunities.

Parineeti in Ishaqzaade,Ladies vs Ricky Behl and Hasee to Phasee was original and interesting. She was like a breath of fresh air. If she wasn't so obsessed with her figure and being a conventional Bollywood heroine she'd have done wonders. Very similar to Vidya and Bhumi's situation. Vidya chose to focus on her strengths. But Bhumi if not careful will go the Parineeti way.

Sonakshi Sinha proved her mettle with Lootera. But after that ...nothing. If she had an ounce of ambition and wasn't content playing flower pot roles to the older heroes.
