She couldn't hold my interest. Normally I love the annoying, spoilt sister/sister-in-law, but she kinda fell flat. Uski ma ne usse dus goal deke hara diya. Kya screen presence hai. Main toh fan ban gayi 😎

The mother really is a dominating figure. She mostly seemed neutral to me regarding Tara (more like acceptance to their situation) unless done kaana-phoosi by the villains.

I think there is something in Tara's past/childhood? She is thought to be inauspicious because of that? Remember, Agni's mother said that Tara wouldn't be able to run from her ill fortune? And something about bringing her into the family after losing their daughter Tubri. I think there is mire to the story. The mama mami constantly hammer the point that Tara is no good because they know that she will go soft if they don't do Tara's burai.
