Anyway coming to point, someone in other thread mentioned that BB shows time in quarters only 8 pm, 8:15 pm ,8:30 pm,etc. They never mention the exact time like 8:34pm

And even if he took 15 minutes, he would still be safe because that is the closest to 17 minutes mark when compared to others.
