DP or none of the actress in Bollywood has the starpower to make a bad film profitable, I agree. It's hard to believe people went to theatre to watch Alia that too her second film after the baby like acting in Students of the year. If DP is PR made star , Alia is KJO and media made star . Her acting is nothing extra ordinary. She performs average in every movie and the insiders praise them to the skies and media continues the same . That's the pattern .

It might be hard to believe for you but not for me alia is a far better actress than deepika anyday and a bigger star she has proved that numerous times unlike deepika who has to restore to cheap tactics for attention

If acting was the only prerequisite for stardom Salman Khan would never be a superstar and Tabu would be the star of the decade she was active and Priyanka in the last decade and Konkona Sen Sharma would be a superstar.

Fans would always believe their favorites is a bigger star and better actor, so no point in arguing.
