Everybody knows the reason behind it. BB thinks that the audience is blind to not see what they are doing.
Scripted to create their own narrative . Scripted to prop up their "Chosen one" to be fit in that narrative. It's been that way across the seasons, just degree of manipulation varies. This year they've outdone themselves.
