Thanks for the tip....I am bad at confrontations.......when I am angry ....I get emotional......I will not be able to speak anything......so I keep quiet and speak to them when I am normal....😆😆

PS......Nowadays I dnt get extremely angry......bas irritation is my only emotion.....and I get over it......😆

I hate confrontation..I avoid them because I can get very nasty and since I'm far away from home I don't want to get any more alienated than I already feel here

I literally had to control myself yelling at one of my team member...they just don't listen what I'm saying...the thing is they are not willing to do it....I had to keep calm
