Alia gets good openings for a woman. Who cares about grace? As if Salman has any grace. He looks like a bull in a china shop when he tries to dance or move.

Anyway, I think Katrina, Deepika and Priyanka should do a remake of Charlies Angels. All 3 should produce so they can spread the risk around and make a medium budget movie with some good action and stunts and sexy songs. Hire some popular male TV actors for small roles and make them take their shirts off. Maybe the tv serial aunty audience would come watch too.

Biggest problem with women-led movies is that they keep making women's struggle stories. Rapes, acid attacks, abuse, and other depressing stuff. The men are not going to watch and to be honest, even women don't want to watch this.

Have most of her films not done well ??? How is that media made ? Thats real numbers. For example her Raazi was a hit and Chhapak isnt

Right now definitely Alia. Earlier it was Katrina. After Madhuri I feel like the only one who could sell films on her name alone is Katrina. However everyone has a Low phase after peaking. So the mantle has been passed to Alia now. Alia is present and definitely the future. There were many in between who desperately tried but failed quite badly. In future too will have all the Ananyas Jhanvis trying but will still fail. Alia has both acting talent and star power. Don’t get why she isn’t being hailed as compared to ones who has neither star power nor acting talent. Funny people. Earlier they refused to acknowledge Katrina’s success and always underrating her compared to PC, Kareena and Rani. Now Alia is being underrated and not everyone is ready to admit that she has best of both worlds and that’s why she is thriving.

It's more about content. Had Deepika done Raazi, then also that could be a hit.

None..the only actors who have a pull currently r Salman, Aamir and Akshay..Also Ajay and Hrithik have some die hard fans..but even with them it's just the opening.

people form n opinion from the trailer..thugs, race and dabangg didn't impress with their trailers still had good opening but audience makes a movie hit only n only if the content is good..

Among actresses only Deepika and Alia have some sort of BO pull..but not enough to make it huge

There was VDW which was not depressing and it worked..but won't call it a masterpiece😊
