Why Sana wants to leave house!!!

Sana, intentionally unintentionally did batmeezi with Salman and when she realized it was too late and now she is scared that she crossed limit. Now, how to face Salman, itne guts hai nahi. So out of fear, she is putting the entire blame on others and is not listening to anybody. This happens when a person gets scared, it's human psychology. But dekhna yeh h k ise deal kaise kiya jata h.

She can only laugh when Salman taunts others especially Mahira, Rashmi and Asim.

Now she's scared he will start on her and because she's a star she doesnt want to lose respect of all the indians who love her

Yes, the point is she is scared and like when a child is scared, he tries to put the blame on others to escape punishment, she is doing the same.
