Yes you summed it up well. I only remember there was something with the letters after reading your post.

The only story that comes to mind is H and S are friends or something. H is the gareeb dude living with his friend S (who is a womanizer) and his rich family. He is not treated as one of them though, and is always mocked/hated. I think he's works in their family business or something.

So H starts writing letters or something, and one day his letter or something is read on TV or the radio and Esha falls in love with his words or something. They eventually meet after a series of typical BW mixups, and after a song, they are in love.

Saif happens to meet Esha and falls in love with her, unknown that H and E were already in love. He goes to his family and is like "Yo, I want to marry this girl." His family agrees and approaches Esha.

H finds out about this and convinces Esha to marry Saif because he needs this in his life now. It can help him become more responsible and he doesn't want him to crumble because of rejection.

E hates H now, and ends up agreeing somehow. I think H and S have a falling out too or something. Poor H.

Saif finds out on the wedding day, and then he is like "you stupid or what? You think I'm weak? You're not a friend ... you could have just said you loved Esha. I would give my life if you asked for it."

And then H and E get married, and they live happily ever after.

I'm probably getting MDK, MPKDH, and other Esha-Tusshar movies mixed up though. But it sounds like a HR movie at the time.

KNPH outshines all the debut movies out there and he did a splendid job. Haven't witnessed such crazy for a new comer thereafter. Anyways I prefer Lakshya, KNPH & Fiza
