I guess his short was the most clear cut and creepy. The symbolism was clear how the weak either becomes the victim or joins the evil to protect himself.

He should have done a better job of embedding the political subtext though. In the last scene in the car it seemed a bit jarring and slapped on.
I guess what I mean is that up until the last scene, the allegory is merely "social" ( us vs them, haves vs have nots etc) and it works. But in the last scene he makes it political with hardly any build-up and it seems jarring within the context of the story at least on the first viewing.
Dibanker's was commentary on how ppl are quick to adapt populism b/c of fear and fear of being left alone and isolated. Also, thought the father eating the daughter talks about how once you're so committed to you politics no matter how wrong, you don't even see it will affect your own kin/family. I thought it was a good viewpoint on the CAA like how we're all brother & sisters until there's a political divide and it becomes us vs them.
For Anurag's the crow symbology in literature and dreams means impending death or misfortune. But the part where she's eating meat and the boy watches her...does that mean she ate her own dead fetus or the boy was imagining it and she actually had a miscarriag b/c of the boy's evil eye. I don't get the ending at all, like what happened and more importantly why did it happen. She didn't seem happy at all with her pregnancy so was it self-inflicted. Like wtf was this story. It made no sense and had no structure.
Also, Karan's story seemed like he stole it from the Twilight zone. It was so dumb lol
I just saw it yesterday night at Netflix...and
* Could just finish only first two stories, as I found it extremely slow paced, boring and totally non-entertaining.
* Cannot believe Jhanvi is Sridevi's daughter... NO SCREEN PRESENCE, NO BEAUTY- INFECT VERY VERY BELOW AVERAGE LOOKS.... AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, A VERY BAD ACTRESS..... POOR EXPRESSIONS, POOR BODY LANGUAGE, POOR DIALOGUE DELIVERY, came across a very shallow, limited bakwaas actress / non-actress..... (imo in Dhadak she was much better).
Ananya and Sara feels like amazing performers in front of this pathetic excuse of a so-called actress called Jhanvi. straight from heart.
Not saying due to supporting her rivals (never did this) but Jhanvi is indeed a VERY BELOW AVERAGE LOOKER and a VERY BAD unconvincing PERFORMER.
