Ayushman has been doing the same acting since 2012. His scripts are innovative and different, but the acting is the same. No variation, no difference.
Ranveer on the other hand, can elevate bad films with his performances. And when he works in good films - it creates magic.
Ayushman is the flavour of the season which will soon run out like unfizzed pepsi.
I really like them both, but I feel like Ranveer has more versatility. He can do over-the-top roles as well as understated ones, IMO. Ayushman is very natural, believable, and relatable onscreen. He also "disappears" as an actor into his roles. He could definitely have the same "stretch" to him as Ranveer, but I haven't seen it. Yet.
