Aman and roshni nikah was only a deal and it was for one month, that one month period is over. So their nikah is no longer valid

No it isn’t over - Aman only said it to his mother and there is no divorce. Without a valid divorce deal or no deal a legal marriage cannot be nullified. He hasn’t divorced her so legally and by religion she is his wife and that’s why when the TM says that BIL SIL nikaah is yuck 🤢 she is absolutely right.
