Varun on the other hand - is a limited actor, not good looking, doesnt have anythign going for him, misaligned nose, OTT personality which is a rip-off version of Ranveer

I don't find TIger 'hot'.. but rather plastic ( I saw some before/after surgery pics, so he wasn't always looking like this).. and I am not into men that look too girly , IMO (sorry to Tiger fans, that's just my view).

And again, good that Tiger can get money without acting much.

That doesn't mean Varun should follow same path or that he shouldn't try his hand at good roles in the vein of Badlapur or October.

I've said Badlapur more because I think that type of movie can bring him both critical acclaim and commercial success.
