Also, the actress is very tall. So a lot of scenes that require her to hide or impersonate others is extremely unrealistic, coz the actor and character is very tall. The Japanese sequence for one, it was SO unrealistic that they didn't recognise her face with her height also. Earlier, when she came to the house as some maid, she didn't even realise that her her tall height would be a give away. If it had been anyone else, with moderate height, this unrealistic aspect wouldn't be there though there could be other ridiculous things

The height aspect of it is a very mild but a rather consistent 'irritation' of this show for me. I agree with what you say partly. If I am not wrong than Dheeraj in an interview once said that he was the one who was cast first in the show, and everyone came on beard after. I mean the makers in order to keep the show and its story more flexible could have cast actresses closer to Dheeraj's height, but both Ruhi and Anjum are taller than him and the only artist close to his height in the show prior to Mahira Sharma (aka Monisha) are taller than him. Considering he is the main male lead of the show the makers ought to have kept everyone else's height in mind as a future possible plot hurdle. Even if we don't take Shrishti or her disguises were ultimately all discovered, but the 'whole groom swap' with Prithvi was very very difficult to digest,😆 primarily because of the difference in height (and built) between Dheeraj and Sanjay. Nevertheless, I suppose as the artists who have played them have gained tremendous popularity and performed so well in there respective character( also given tremendous TRP for the show), that they have essentially proved that even more than the physical disparity which can sometimes be hard to accept, the makers can't really do much now.

Exactly! ✋✋ Karan just thinks because he’s got money and we’ll known because if his cricket, he can do anything.. like I get that’s who his character was supposed to be at the start but... this isn’t the start anymore, we’re almost 700 episodes into the show, Karan & Preeta not only became friends, they became best friends and even fell in love with eachother (it was obvious they did), you would’ve expected Karan to be a different person by now despite this separation.. I don’t think it’s track is going to completely finish by the time it hits that milestone

And Preeta being a punching bag is just getting old now, she’s the female lead ffs, makers need to write her as someone who fights for her rights or at least sticks up for herself like women would do in today’s day and age but no. Apparently working class women don’t have a life and rich spoilt boys can go and do whatever the hell they want whether it’s burning down people’s buildings and causing trouble without any valid reason or leaving their newly wed wives out in the middle of the road at night and considering her as nothing but a play toy

Kundali Bhagya was never a simple story of 'one couples' trial and tribulation through life (that is Kumkum Bhagya, YHM and everything else in between😆) . The actions shown by the makers done by Karan in the show were deliberately, I believe they have only begun, his character in my opinion isn't redeemable (neither is it being shown to be redeemed anytime soon) and the 'impact' of his actions are going to be long term the 'repercussions' of his over-hyped ego because of Sarla's curse are going to be massive. Karan and Preeta aren't Abhi and Pragya.

KZK-2 is plain boring, predictable and doesnt have that novelty at all.

KZK-1 was iconic in a twisted way.

The casting of the show in general has been excellent in fact the only weak 'actor' per say (in my opinion) would be the artist who plays Sameer also known as Abhishek Kapur, but even he has a certain sincerity about him that I like. Dheeraj, Shraddha, Anjum and Sanjay act and perform really well undoubtedly but despite the lack of screen-space, Manit is hard to ignore as Rishabh. In recent weeks his scenes with Dheeraj have essentially been the highlight of the show for me.

I've never seen manit before in anything or heard of him, but he really is incredible. Even when he's stood silent without dialogues, his expressions and the way he carries himself makes you take notice of him.

What was sarla's curse on karan? Also what is the precap the topic maker is talkign about? I'm not interested in watching the precap or any scene of the show anymore but could you give a written update on the precap mentioned in this thread.
