No. Shahid is one hit wonder. He needs to give more hits to regain the lost ground. Plus he has very less to no endorsements which is perfectly reflect your market demand. Same goes with Tiger.

Kabir Singh appealed to the latent misogyny in the masses...plus it was craftily made. Shahid's performance was the icing on top of the cake.

But he has to deliver more hits and be more consistent to be labelled a bankable star. One swallow does not make a summer.

Same goes for Tiger. He shared the screen space with Hrithik, plus the genre of the film is a major factor. He failed with SOTY2. People like him just as an action star, and that limits his possibilities.

Tiger is not suitable for all kind of roles, he was a miscast in SOTY 2 and on the top of that the storyline was a crap. Moreover he was overshadowed by Hrithik's performance in War though both of their acting were appreciated by the mass. To be bankable, he needs to work on his craft more.

On the other hand, Shahid has proven himself as a versatile actor even though his box office performance always fluctuated until Kabir Singh happened. Now Jersey Remake Box Office report will tell everything. The Telegu version was well received by the critics, now it's time if Shahid's version can draw the audience.

At this moment, both Shahid and Tiger are in an equilibrium position.

Tiger is bankable despite not having much acting range. But no one can do action like him and he dances really well. He has the mass appeal that I haven't seen anyone in the younger generation having. That too without any major directors in the beginning years of his career.

Shahid has shown range and is a fabulous actor and dancer but his films have mainly underperformed or flopped. He needs more 4-5 more hits in a row to become bankable.
