Is Rashami slow in the head?

Why she gave such a slow reaction to her letter getting shredded and why the heck she didn't take the letter from Bhau when he was giving it to her? Vikas Gupta literally snatched the letter from her forcefully and her reaction is like "ye Kya hua, kyun hua, kaise hua?" Then Shefali, Arti and Asim told her to take a stand for herself by wanting her to go on full rage and anger mode, she went to Vikas Gupta like a child goes to her mother and be like "Mera letter kyun phara". And he's like "I'm playing a game baby", and she's like "okay baby". Wtf

She is slow. But I think during the letter wala task she was trying to play the game. And she couldnt figure it out. You could see it in her eyes when Asim kept yelling at her. She wanted to say " I tried to be cunning but mujhse ho nahi raha tha " . And she hadnt made up her mind about the letter. As to whether she wanted to read it or not because if her family had written something nasty about Arhaan it would be a huge burden for her till one of them leaves.
