As parents ..the kind of safety precautions we ensure to gve to our girl children..we r supposed to imbibe in equal weightage the morality n values in our male children too..

i remember that hasini case where that culprit was from a affluent family..n i felt his parents failed in rearing him good..

And this is especially why u need to enforce the sexual education ...times are changing society is different now like it or not...regardless if it's a taboo subject what's happening out there can not even be repeated by words children needs to be more aware and knowledgeable between sexual harrassment and something genuine touch. And this post proves excatly my point why sexual education is a must ...like it or not or how conservative or orthodox you are society is changing ...times are different now and tbh sexual education is implemented here in gr.4 it self...gr.4 I believe is like 8 or 9.

Where the parents failed the educational system will provid I'm jus surprised its 2019 and this has not been discussed here or it's already not happening ..u all seem quite aware and educated about the happenings ..heck I was even aware of the brutual death of the doctor.

Of course the easy accessibility to the internet and social media is the main cause of our young generation going in a wrong direction ..

It is a big challenge we have to face which our parents didn’t had to ..

so my theory is face the challenge instead avoiding it.. I cannot say no to my kids when they ask for I pad .. if I say no they will throw tantrums or would do things secretly without my knowledge , so I feel better they do whatever they want to With my consent so that I can monitor them ..can regulate the timing and ask them to sit in the living room instead watching it privately .. even during some google searches we may get some improper pop up messages or videos .. in those times I try not to get panic and maintain my composure and close it telling my kids that those are virus to corrupt our system .. sometimes it is better to tell some biological things ourselves rather than them getting some half baked versions from Internet and friends..

it is really challenging for me to raise two over smart and ever curious kids ..the one thing I hold on to is not avoiding their questions how much ever shocking it may be ..and not to get angry on them for asking those so called taboo subject...

U let me b free, I will let you, that's when kids start get first access to internet. Keeping kids away from internet shouldn't be bid deal. It is just mind set.
