Uhhh the world I live in it's very common to date two three people at the same time as long as you're not exclusive with one of them. It is cheating when you've agreed to date exclusively.

If Shukla is allowed to push somebody again and again..then dating two people at a time is still fine.. atleast nobody is being hurt or at risk of being hurt physically.
