For acting i will say Tinni is better. bcoz Tinni's acting is more natural that Tisha's

Yea, Tinni Hillol and other very famous people take a drug, called 'Yabba' or 'Habba' not exactly sure of the name. It gives them energy and it also helps in losing weight or something.
