Even i want Shukla to be captain because he doesnt fight with Devo and Rashmi in an aggressive way anymore!

Rashmi-debo understands that there is no point to fight with shukla because he is always 'right', as per BB. So, they avoid fighting with shukla. The only positive side of shukla's captaincy would be how he maintains rules & distribute duties.
