Best Real Estate Investment Today - Shuklapur!

Guys, as we all know, real estate is one of the safest options to store and invest your money. But you have to be smart about where you invest. I have just done alot of research and I have concluded that the best area for investment is a village called 🥳 Shuklapur 🥳, with mayor Salman Khan!

The property is kinda expensive but it pays rewards immediately! One client Abra Cadabra Paras Chhabra recently moved there and within a few days he has already started to gain returns on his investment. His price was his self-respect, dignity, and public image outside of the mayor Salman's bubble, which lets face it, who cares! Bhaijaan is god and his opinion is everything!

When you shift to Shuklapur, you immediately get a job within the properly. Here is the personnel sheet.

- Asim: former Laxman. Now, shifted out. Aw-rawr-rawr (mayor thinks this is a funny accent joke; everybody is forced to laugh because the mayor is well-known for being petty and ruining careers)

- Vishal: recently shifted. Currently interviewing for Asim's old position.

- Paras: Mayor's former punchingbag. Now, resident lawyer and mediator.

- Mahira: Former miss nautanki. Current fruits bringer.

- Shehnaaz: Resident innocent and cute 10 year-old girl who is actually 25.

- Aarti: Batman. Protector and defender of the village, dark knight doesn't get any credit.

- Bhau: Formerly mayor's clown to joke around with. Now, out of touch w mayor since moving out.

- Himanshi: Former controversy victim. Since shifting out, controversy starter.

- Shefali: Former best leader. Since shifting out, bad umpire.

- Rashmi: Sarpanch of the rival village. NOT ALLOWED. Mayor only communicates via planted COTWs.

- Devo: Commander of the clothes defense department for Rashmigunj. Weird fake, but also kinda real in the nomination saving task, but still fake crush in Shuklapur. Its complicated.

- Fruit salad: Official food of the village.

Shuklapur is getting crowded now with one too many Shuklis licking boots esp the new citizens Paras, Mahira and Vishal! Only time will tell how long they can sustain since loads of "licking stamina" needed to be a shukli!
