Hi Sis morning to you too. yes had my lunch and today I didnt even go to yoga as yesterday the high intensity work out has made me worn out. I cant even lift my arms to take off my shirt🤣. imagine u work out for 30 sec then break for 10 sec ... that is super tiring and no wonder the instructor have a sexy body.... all the girls in my class were literally drooling at her as she have all asset in right size🤬 how are you had your lunch?
