KESAR-Monday (10-04-04)
1. Rudr goes to a watch shop to sell his watch. The salesman advises him not to sell it, as he wouldn't get the right price for it. Rudr asks him how much is he willing to pay for the watch and the salesman replies that he could only pay him Rs. 30,000. Rudr agrees.
2. Abhi goes to meet Rudr at his office but the manager informs him that Rudr left the job. Abhi wonders as why Rudr left the job.
3. Rudr comes home and is very tensed. Kesar asks him if he is feeling fine. He tells her that he is feeling OK. She looks at his wrist and discovers that he doesn't have his watch. She asks him about it and he tells her that he must have forgotten to wear it in the morning. Kesar tells him that she personally gave it to him in the morning. And then he tells her that it must have fallen off somewhere. Kesar looks worried. Rudr shouts at her and tells her that there is no need to be upset over a watch. If they can't find it then he will buy a new one and as of the moment, he doesn't really need it. He then tells her that he already settled the electricity bill and gives her the remaining amount. Kesar asks him how much it is and he tells her that it's Rs. 28,000. She is surprised and tells him that his salary is not even half the amount. She asks him how and where did he get the money. Rudr gets frustrated. He tells her that she was the one who told him to ask his boss for an advance and now that he has given it to her, she doubts him. Kesar tries to tell him that she didn't mean it that way but he doesn't listen. She is hurt. He tells her that he came home early just to give her the money so that she can buy whatever she needs but then she keeps on asking questions. He tells her that it's too much. Kesar starts crying. Rudr feels bad and realizes his mistake. He says sorry, as he didn't mean to hurt her. He tells her that he is upset because he left his job. Kesar asks him whether he left the job because her dad referred him to Mr. Chopra. He gets upset and tells her to think whatever wants to and then he steps out of the house. Kesar is crying.
4. Abhi comes to meet Rudr outside his house. He asks Rudr as to why he left his job. Rudr tells him that he had no other choice and narrates everything that happened. He says sorry to Abhi, as he has now realized how Abhi must've felt when he used ask him to do such things in the past. He tells Abhi that things were different then, as he never had any feelings for Kesar. But now, he loves her madly and he doesn't care about the whole world or about losing his job. Kesar, who is standing by the door, overhears this. She feels bad about what she had said to Rudr (the title song plays). She runs up to him and hugs him.
5. Rudr takes Kesar inside the house and asks her to stop crying, as he was the one who lost his job. He asks her is she's feeling bad because she thinks that he wouldn't get another job. He tells her that if he doesn't get a job, he could be a writer and his first book would be titled, "How To Lose A Job in Two Days". Both of them start laughing and Rudr hugs her. Just then, Rudr's dad enters. Rudr and Kesar welcome him inside. Rudr's dad informs them that Shaina is getting married. They are happy to hear this. And he tells them that he wants Rudr and Kesar to attend all the wedding functions. Rudr's smile disappears. Rudr tells his dad that he thought he came to visit them because he missed them but he came there just to protect the pride and honor of the Mallya family. He taunts him, saying that if a "rapist" steps foot in their house, their reputation would get spoiled. Kesar asks Rudr to stop and tells Rudr's dad they would definitely come. Rudr tells her that she could go if she wants to but he wouldn't. Rudr's dad feels bad and leaves. However, Kesar tells him that she would convince Rudr.
6. The next day, Kesar's neighbor comes to visit her. She tells her neighbor that she admires her for being able to earn for her family and at the same time do all the household chores. She tells her that she wished she could do something to help Rudr. Her neighbor asks her to look for a job but Kesar tells her that she wants to do something while being at home. Her neighbor suggests her to give tutorial to young children. Kesar likes the idea.
7. Rudr goes to a bank for a loan, as he is planning to start is own business. The bank manager asks him about his business plan. Rudr is hesitant to tell him, as another person is also present in the office. The manager introduces him that person (Mr. Sethi) and tells him that he is a regular client and a good friend, so there's nothing to worry about. Rudr tells them his entire plan and they are very impressed. The manager agrees to give him the Rs. 1.5 crore loan but ask him for a collateral (e.g. property, land, house, etc…) as a security/assurance. Rudr tells him that he does not have anything to give as a collateral. So, the manager refuses to give him the loan. Rudr leaves from there and on his way out, Mr. Sethi stops him. He tells Rudr that he is interested in investing in his project. He tells Rudr that he likes his confidence and his ideas. It would be his money and Rudr's brain. Rudr agrees.
8. Rudr comes home with a bouquet of flowers for Kesar. He gives it to her and takes her up in his arms. He tells her to get dressed, as he is taking her out. She tries to tell him to her down but he keeps on talking. When he enters the house, he is surprised to see two children. He puts her down and asks her whether she has adopted those children. He tells her that they are too young to have two kids. Kesar smiles and tells him that she has started giving tuitions and they are her students. Rudr looks upset. Kesar tells the kids to come back tomorrow but Rudr tells them to look for a new teacher, as Kesar won't be able to teach them anymore. Kesar is hurt. Rudr asks her as to why she did this without asking him. She tells him that she just wanted to help him but he tells her not to think about this ever again. She agrees. And then she tries to change the topic and asks him why was he so happy when he came home. He tells her that he found an investor for his project. Kesar is happy to hear this and asks him who the investor is. He tells her that he had just met him in the bank earlier. She asks him if he knows everything about the investor but he tells her not to worry as he has full trust and confidence on him. Kesar looks worried.
KESAR-Tuesday (10-05-04)
1. Mr. Sethi takes Rudr to his new office. He tells Rudr that the whole office belongs to him and he could appoint his own staff. He also tells him that he is naming their business, "M & S Investments", M stands for Mallya and S for Sethi. Rudr is pleased and asks him as to why he is doing so much for him. Mr. Sethi tells him that he is doing all these for himself too. He tells Rudr that he plans to formally announce the opening of their business so that people would learn about them and invest in their company. Rudr agrees.
2. At the Mallya house, Binita pretends to cry. Dadaji asks her if there's anything bothering her. Soumya tells him that Bini had a bad dream last night. Bini tells dadaji that she dreamt that her child died because she didn't give him his medicine, as she had no money to buy the medicine. Dadaji tells her that this can never happen as long as he is alive but Bini asks him what would happen to her and her child when he won't be around. Dadaji ponders on what she said and tells her that she is right, as he won't be able to live longer. He tells Soumya to call the lawyer, as he wants to put some fixed deposits under Bini's name. Bini is happy to hear this.
3. Rudr, Kesar, Abhi and Mr. Sethi are at the inauguration of M&S Investments. Kesar tells Rudr and Mr. Sethi to wait for some time before they start the ceremony, as she is expecting some special guests. Just then, Dadaji and Manu (Rudr's dad) arrive. Rudr and Kesar are happy to see them. Rudr thanks dadaji for coming and giving him his blessings. Manu looks at Mr. Sethi suspiciously. Mr. Sethi gives Rudr the key to his new car. Kesar looks worried. She tells Abhi that everything is happening so fast and she's scared that something bad might happen. Abhi tells her not to worry too much.
4. At home, Rudr tells Kesar that he is worried about her and that doesn't want her to be deprived of the comforts and luxuries she used to have because of him. Kesar tells him that she feels very happy whenever he thinks so much about her. But she tells him that it could be very risky if he rushes things up. She tells him that for the past few days, they have been through a lot of difficulties and that she could live without the comforts and luxuries, but not without him. She says that without her love by her side all these things wouldn't matter to her. Rudr tells her not to worry, as this will never happen. Then he tells her that he has to go to sleep early because he needs to get to work in the morning. Kesar tells him to wait while she prepares his dinner. He tells her that he forgot to give her a call from the office that he would be eating there, as it was getting late. He tells her to eat without him, as he is not hungry. He says good night and goes to his room. Kesar feels bad.
5. Next day, at the office, a lady named Nazneen comes to meet Mr. Sethi. He asks her why she has come in his office as they meet at Moonlight hotel every evening. She tells him that she needs some money. He tells her to wait for some time as he has started a new business with Rudr Mallya and soon a lot of money would start pouring in. he tells her that Rudr Mallya is a very big name in the market and he would take advantage of Rudr's name and goodwill. Just then, Rudr and Abhi enter. He introduces them to Nazneen and tells them that she is his very good friend. After she leaves, Abhi asks Mr. Sethi about his background. Mr. Sethi tells him that used to live in Delhi and had the same investment and shares business. He has been in living in Bombay for about a year. Rudr tells Mr. Sethi that Abhi want to invest 50 lakhs in their business. Mr. Sethi is pleased and congratulates Rudr for making a big deal on his first day. Abhi looks at Mr. Sethi suspiciously.
6. Rudr comes home from office and find Kesar in the kitchen. He slowly goes up to her and hugs her from behind. Kesar gets scared. He gives her Rs. 50,000 and tells her to buy whatever she wants to. He tells her that he is very happy because their company got a very big deal today. He also tells her that they will soon shift to another place. Kesar is happy and tells him that they would go to the temple, go shopping and then have dinner out. Rudr tells her that her plan is really good but he has to attend a very important meeting and party. He says sorry and she says that it's ok. Kesar is hurt.
7. Everyone at the Mallya house is preparing for Shaina's wedding. Manu informs dadaji that Pam could not make it to Shaina's engagement ceremony as she is in Dubai and can't leave her sick uncle alone. Just then Moksh and his parents come. Moksh tells tem that he overheard their conversation and that he would go to meet Pam personally whenever he goes to Dubai. Everyone is impressed.
8. After some time, Rudr comes back home with a suitcase filled with money. Kesar is shocked to see so much money. Rudr tells her that he has made it and now he would be in the same position as the Mallya's are in. He tells her that everyone believed Bini and blamed him for something he didn't do. He was forced to leave the house but now he will show them what he is capable of doing. They hear someone knocking at the door. Rudr tells Kesar to open the door while he keeps the suitcase in a safe place. Kesar opens the door, and some CBI officers come in. they ask Rudr if he owns M&S Investments. Rudr says yes. They start searching his house. Rudr looks tensed. They find the suitcase with money and tell him that he is under arrest. Rudr and Kesar are shocked.
KESAR-Wednesday (10-06-04)
1. Today's episode starts off from where it ended yesterday wherein the CBI officers tell Rudr that he is under arrest. Kesar gets up and realizes that she was just dreaming. She gets worried and starts crying. Just then Abhi comes. He sees her crying and asks her what happened. She tells him that she very scared with the way Rudr is rushing up on things and she is getting very bad thoughts about him. Abhi tells her that he is beginning to doubt Mr. Sethi. Kesar tells him that Rudr has full trust in Sethi but she is scared that Sethi is just using him for something else. Abhi tells her that he found out from some businessmen that Sethi is not a good man. He has a girlfriend named Nazneen and she is a call girl. He adds that Sethi has some illegal business but he is showing the whole world that he has a "clean and reputable" business. Kesar is shocked and tells Abhi that they should warn Rudr. But Abhi tells her that they shouldn't tell Rudr anything until they have enough proof. He tells her to come with him to Moonlight Hotel to find out the truth. Kesar agrees.
2. On the way to the hotel, Abhi tells Kesar that Sethi meets Nazneen at Moonlight Hotel every night and they could get all information about him from Nazneen. He tells her that Nazneen had met him and Rudr at Sethi's office so she wouldn't tell him anything. He asks Kesar to go to meet her instead. Kesar agrees. He tells her that the hotel has a bad name but Kesar tells him that she would do anything for Rudr.
3. Abhi and Kesar ask the hotel receptionist for Nazneen's room number. She tells them that Nazneen is in room 309. Abhi tells Kesar to go to meet her at her room. He gives her his other cell phone (he has 2 of them) and tells her to give him a call if ever she gets in trouble.
4. Kesar is looking for the room. She goes in room 306 by mistake. When she steps in, she looks around for Nazneen but sees a man instead. The man turns around, and he is none other than Moksh (Shaina's fianc. But Kesar doesn't know that he is Shaina's fianc). Kesar says Nazneen. He thinks that her name is Nazneen and tells her that the name suits her. He looks at her from head to foot. Kesar gets scared. He tells her that Indian women are really beautiful. He comes close to her and Kesar moves away. She tells him that she is not Nazneen but she came to meet her. He tells her that he doesn't care whether she is Nazneen or someone else. Kesar starts trembling. He asks her as to why she is shivering and sweating so much. He goes to get her a glass of water. As soon as he leaves, Kesar dials Abhi's number. Abhi hears his phone ring and understands that it's from Kesar. He gets worried and runs towards the room.
5. Moksh tries to harass Kesar. She tries to escape but he doesn't let her go. She cries for help.
6. Abhi goes in room 309 and looks for Kesar. Nazneen asks him whether Sethi sent him to give her the money and he says yes. He asks her where Kesar is. She tells him that she doesn't know who Kesar is. Abhi tells her that she is Rudr's wife and she was supposed to give her the money. She says that no one came there before him. Abhi asks her as to how long does she know Sethi and she tells him that she knows him for quite some time. He then gives her his business card and tells her to contact him if ever Kesar comes there. Before he leaves he tells her to be careful of Sethi.
7. Abhi is looking for Kesar in each and every room on the third floor. He then calls her up. Kesar hears the phone ringing and she tries to answer it but Moksh doesn't let her. Abhi is outside room 306 and hears the phone ringing. He knocks the door but no one opens it so he barges in. Moksh sees him and leaves Kesar. Kesar runs towards Abhi. Abhi goes to Moksh and is about to hit him when the policemen come in. The police officer asks them who they are. Abhi tells them that he is Abhinav Pandey and that Moksh is his friend. The police ask him as to whom the lady with them is (referring to Kesar). Abhi doesn't know what to say. He tells the officer that she is Kesar……His wife. Kesar is shocked at looks at him. Just then, another police officer comes there and informs the other policemen that they are in the wrong room; as they are supposed to search room 309, not room 306. They leave from there but Nazneen sees everything and runs from there. Abhi and Kesar follow her but she goes in Sethi's car. Abhi tells Kesar that he was right about Sethi and that the police came there to arrest him and Nazneen. He also tells her that they can't seek the help of the police as Rudr's name is also linked to Sethi's.
8. On the way home, Abhi apologizes to Kesar for telling the police that she was his wife. He tells her that he was so nervous. He didn't know what to say and it just came out of his mouth. Kesar doesn't say anything. Abhi tells her that it was his mistake for taking her to such a hotel and for sending her to meet Nazneen all alone. Kesar tells him that she got so scared when she called and he didn't come right away. Abhi tells her not to tell this to Rudr. Kesar tells him that they have to tell Rudr about Sethi otherwise he might get in trouble. Abhi tells her to give him some time to gather enough evidence against Sethi and then they could tell Rudr everything.
9. Bini tells Soumya that if she wanted, she could stop Shaina's wedding. Soumya tells her not to do anything like that. She tells her that dadaji has given her a huge amount in fixed deposits, what more does she wants. Bini tells her that she wants Rudr and she won't stay quiet until she gets him.
10. Kesar comes home and finds Rudr asleep. She thinks of telling him everything but decides not to, as he may be tired. She says that he has been working so hard but he doesn't even know that the person he is working for is not a good man. She finds a note written by Rudr on the table, which reads: "Dear Kesar, I ate dinner at the office so don't wake me up as I have to go to work early in the morning. I love you. Good night." She smiles a little and looks at him (Bepanha song plays in the background). She gets a pad and writes down a note for him too, which reads: "Dear Rudr, Tomorrow is Shaina's engagement. We have to attend it. Please don't forget. Love you too."
KESAR-Thursday (10-07-04)
1. Shaina goes out for shopping with Soumya and Binita. Soumya
tells Shaina that she is very happy for her and that it would be so
nice to see everyone together after such a long time but she hopes
that Kesar and Rudr would come too. Binita tells them that she
doesn't think that Kesar would be able to convince Rudr to come, as
she probably doesn't want him to attend her engagement ceremony.
Shaina tells them that she would personally invite Rudr and Kesar.
Soumya tells her that they are living about 4-5 kilometers away in
an old "chawl". She tells her that she would take her there but
Binita refuses to come along. However, Soumya tells her that she
could wait in the car.
2. Rudr comes home and finds the house locked. His neighbor
gives him the key and tells him that Kesar has gone to the market
and would be back soon. Just then, Soumya and Shaina come. Rudr is
happy to see them. He asks them to come in. Soumya sees the neighbor
and tells Rudr that she didn't know that he had appointed a
housemaid. Rudr looks upset. The neighbor tells her that she isn't
their maid but their neighbor and that no one in that "chawl" has a
housemaid. Rudr takes them inside his house. Soumya taunts him by
saying that his neighbor was right. After all, how can they have a
housemaid when their house looks like a maid's quarter. Rudr tells
Soumya that she needs not bother about it, as he and Kesar would
soon shift to a new posh area. Shaina asks Soumya not to say
anything else. She then requests Rudr to attend her engagement
ceremony but he refuses, saying that he would never step foot in the
Mallya house. He then takes out an envelope containing cash and
gives it to her as a gift. She refuses to take it unless he agrees
to come to her engagement ceremony. He insists and she is about to
take it from him when Kesar comes and stops Rudr from giving it to
her. She tells Rudr that they could give Shaina a better present
than the cash. Rudr doesn't say anything but he smiles. Kesar tells
Soumya and Shaina to have a seat while she brings something for
them. However, Soumya tells her that they won't eat anything, as
they do not want to get sick before the wedding. Kesar feels bad and
Rudr gets irritated. Soumya and Shaina then leave from there. On
their way out, Shaina tells Soumya that she wants to go back in, as
she wants to try convincing Rudr one more time.
3. Kesar apologizes to Rudr for stopping him from giving the
cash to Shaina. She tells him that the money he was about to give
Shaina is the one her mom gave her as a blessing and she promised
her mom that she wouldn't spend it. Soumya and Shaina overhear this.
Shaina starts crying and leaves from there. Binita tells her that
Rudr can only bring tears to people's eyes. Soumya tells Shaina that
Rudr wasn't like that before Kesar came in his life. She tells her
that Kesar is the reason why he left the house. Otherwise, the
family would've accepted him back they way they accepted Binita back
but Kesar doesn't want him to be with his family. Shaina is upset.
4. Kesar tells Rudr that she feels the same way about Shaina as
he does. After all she is her sister-in-law. She also tells him that
she has placed an order for a necklace at the nearby jewelry shop-
that's why she wasn't at home when he came. Rudr is pleased. He
smiles at her. ('Bepanha' song plays in the background). She then
tries to convince him to attend Shaina's engagement ceremony and
tells him that if they don't attend the ceremony, Shaina's in-laws
might not push through with the wedding when they find out that
there are some problems going on in their family. Rudr thinks about
it and then agrees.
5. Vikram tells Soumya that after a few days, they would be
living happily together with their two daughters. He gets a bit
emotional and tells her that the Mallyas had kicked him out of the
house and didn't even think about what other people would say but
now they want him to attend the engagement ceremony of Shaina just
to show her in-laws that they have a big and happy family. He tells
Soumya that he doesn't feel like going. However, Soumya tells him to
think about their daughters too. After all, they too will have to
get married some day.
6. At the engagement ceremony of Shaina, Moksh's parents ask
dadaji and Manu about Rudr and Kesar. Manu tells them that they must
be on the way. Binita is waiting for Rudr and Kesar to arrive. She
tells Soumya that she will wait for them outside.
7. Rudr and Kesar reach the Mallya house. Rudr tells Kesar to
go ahead while he parks the car. Kesar gets down of the car and is
on her way in when she bumps into Binita. Binita gives her a mean
look and thanks her for coming. Kesar tells her that her sister-in-
law is getting engaged and it is her duty to attend it so Binita
doesn't have to thank her for anything. She leaves from there.
8. Rudr bumps into Binita on his way in, too. She tells him
that she is surprised to see him there as he left the house as if he
would never come back again. She taunts him by saying that he came
there to humiliate himself. Rudr tells her that she has proved today
that she has no manners at all. She feels insulted. He tells her
that he came there not to humiliate himself but to make his family
happy. Binita tries to change the topic. She tells him that she
noticed that he got himself a new car. Rudr tells her that he got it
out of his hard work. He then tells her not to worry about him
because if she keeps on thinking and talking too much then it would
definitely have a bad impact on her child. Then he leaves from
there. Binita has an angry look on her face.
9. Kesar enters the house and everyone, except Soumya, is happy
to see her. Dadaji asks her about Rudr and she tells him that he is
on the way. Kesar greets Shaina but Shaina seems a bit upset with
her. Manu takes Kesar to meet Moksh's parents. He then introduces
her to Moksh. She is shocked to see him and remembers what happened
at the hotel.
KESAR-Monday (10-11-04)
1. The episode starts from where it ended on Thursday. Kesar is shocked to see Moksh and remembers what happened at the hotel. Moksh looks worried and wonders whether she would tell everyone everything. Kesar tells herself that she won't let Shaina marry him and that she would tell everyone everything. But then she stops and thinks that if she exposes Moksh, she would also have to tell everyone that he misbehaved with her at that hotel and they might all ask her as to what she was doing at that hotel late at night.
2. Rudr enters and Shaina is happy to see him. She introduces him to Moksh and his parents. A few seconds later, Dadaji tells them to start the ceremony. Everyone gather around Moksh and Shaina. Shaina is about to slip the ring in Moksh's finger when Kesar tells her to stop. Everyone is surprised. She tells the other family members to believe her and not to ask anything else. She pleads Shaina to refuse to marry Moksh, as he is not right for her and she deserves someone better. Manu tells Kesar that she has to tell them the reason for not pushing through with the ceremony. Binita interrupts and tells Kesar that it was easy for her to say that Moksh is not suited for Shaina, but does she think that she is suited for Rudr. Rudr shouts at her but Kesar stops him from saying anything else. She tells Binita that this is their family matter and she doesn't have to talk in between. Kesar tells everyone that Moksh is not a decent guy, as he misbehaved with her friend. They all look at Moksh. He tells them that he wants to talk to Shaina alone before anyone decides on anything.
3. Moksh takes Shaina in a room and asks her whether she loves and trusts him. She says that she does. He tells her something (a music plays in the background, so not a thing can be heard). Shaina is shocked by what he says.
4. Shaina and Moksh return to the hall. Shaina tells everyone that Moksh told her everything and she trusts him. She also adds that she would definitely marry him. Kesar tells her not to marry him, as she could get a better guy. Shaina tells her that she has made her decision and that she has now understood what kind of person Kesar is. Rudr looks at Shaina angrily. Kesar asks her as to what Moksh told her. Shaina tells Kesar that it would be better if she doesn't open her mouth in front of everyone. Kesar tells her that she doesn't care about anything else, as she knows that Rudr trusts her. Kesar asks her to think it over after all it's a matter of her whole life. Shaina tells her not to interfere with her life and asks her to leave if she wants to. Rudr shouts at Shaina and tells Kesar that they should leave, as they've had enough insult. Manu stops them and tells Shaina that Kesar is their daughter-in-law, and also the most trusted member of their family, so there must be some truth in what she is saying. He asks Shaina to tell them everything. She tells Rudr that Kesar has gotten used to the comforts and luxuries of the Mallyas. She left the house with him just to show everyone how great she is but then she soon realized that she couldn't live in the place he's living in, that's why she sought for a quicker and an easier way to get rich. Moksh interrupts and tells her not to say anything else, as no one can bear to hear the truth. Kesar tells them that since everything have come out in the open, she would tell them what exactly happened. She tells Rudr that Moksh didn't misbehave with her friend but with her. Rudr is fuming with anger and is about to hit Moksh but Kesar stops him. Moksh tells Rudr to ask Kesar what she was doing at that hotel late night and who was the man who called her his wife. Rudr looks confused. Just then, Abhi enters. He is shocked to see Moksh. Moksh sees him too and tells Rudr that he (pointing to Abhi) was the one who called Kesar his wife. Abhi tells Moksh that he would deal with him later but first let him explain what exactly happened. Rudr tells him that he doesn't have to explain anything. He tells everyone that when Binita blamed him, no one believed him. It was only Kesar and Abhi who believed and supported him and now it is his turn to do the same. He tells Shaina that Kesar gave tuitions just to help him raise money but she stopped when he told her to. So, how can she ever do such a thing? And he tells Moksh, that Kesar is a part of him and Abhi is a true well-wisher. And he believes that he (Abhi) can never cast an evil eye on Kesar. He tells Dadaji that once again, they all ignored their own family member and believed an outsider. Before he leaves, he tells Moksh that he would deal with him later. He takes Kesar with him, and Abhi follows them out, too.
5. Mr. Sethi receives a call from someone, telling him that the CBI has started its investigation on his illegal business and can arrest him anytime. He tells Sethi to save himself and his money. Sethi calls someone and tells him to transfer all the money in his account immediately. He then burns some papers and places some files and money in suitcase. Just then Nazneen arrives and asks him what he is up to. He tells her that he is leaving the country and his flight is in 4 hours. Nazneen tells him that she won't let hi leave her that easily. She asks him for her money and he tells her that he is not the owner of M&S Investments anymore. The company now belongs to Rudr Mallya. And he leaves from there.
6. Dadaji tells Moksh and his parents to give them some time to think about the marriage. But Shaina tells him that she has already decided to marry Moksh and if they don't agree, then they would have get married in the court. Dadaji finally tells her that the wedding will definitely push through if that is what makes Shaina happy.
7. Rudr, Abhi, and Kesar are on the way home. Abhi tells him about Sethi but Rudr tells Abhi that he is misunderstanding Sethi. Kesar tells him that she hopes that what they are thinking is wrong and that Sethi turns out to be a very good person. Abhi then gets a call from Nazneen. She tells him that Sethi is leaving India and he took some papers and money along with him. Abhi tells Rudr and Kesar about this and they rush to the office.
8. Rudr, Abhi and Kesar reach the office and find everything scattered. Rudr rushes towards the computer and checks on some documents. He is shocked to find that everything got deleted. Rudr tries calling Sethi but he doesn't answer his phone. Abhi asks Rudr as to how much Sethi took with him. Rudr tells him that Sethi took along Rs. 5 crore. Kesar and Abhi are shocked. Just then, the CBI officers arrive and tell them that they are raiding the place. Rudr, Abhi and Kesar are shocked.
KESAR-Tuesday (10-12-04)
1. The CBI officers tell Rudr that as the owner of M&S Investments, he has to stay behind. Rudr tells them that Mr. Sethi is a part owner of the firm and that M&S stands for Mallya and Sethi. The officers tell him that the company is solely registered under his name as 'Money and Smart Ideas'. Kesar, Rudr, and Abhi are shocked. The officers tell him that Sethi probably used him for his illegal business but they can't easily believe him so they have no choice but to arrest him for interrogation. They ask Abhi and Kesar to leave but Kesar doesn't want to leave Rudr alone. Rudr signals Abhi to take her out.
2. Kesar starts crying and tells Abhi that they were right about Sethi. She tells him to do something. Abhi tells her that he would look for Nazneen, as she knows everything about Sethi.
3. The officers ask Rudr how he met Sethi. He tells them that he went to a bank for a loan but they asked for a property in return. But he didn't have anything so Mr. Sethi, who was also present at the bank, seemed very interested in the proposal and offered to invest in his business. He also tells them that he only knows that Sethi is from Delhi and he came to Mumbai to expand his business. They tell him that Sethi is a fraud and ask him for the Rs. 5 crore. Rudr tells them that he doesn't know where the money is, as when he came to the office, he found the money and some files missing. The officers are not convinced and force him to tell them where the money is. Kesar comes in and tells them that they don't have the money. They only have Rs. 45,000. She tells them to let Rudr go but they don't listen to her and ask her to leave. They take her out of the cabin and tell her that they would only release him when they get the Rs. 5 crores back.
4. Abhi goes to Moonlight Hotel to meet Nazneen. When he enters the room, he finds her dead. He is shocked.
5. Kesar goes to her parents' house and tell them everything. Kesar's dad gets furious. He tells her that he had warned her not to trust Rudr but she didn't listen. He says a lot of things against Rudr (I wasn't able to get what he said…). Kesar gets up and is about to leave but her mom and dadaji stop her. They tell Kesar's dad to cool down. They tell him that Kesar needs help that's why she came to them. So, instead of blaming each other, they should come up with a solution. Kesar's dad says sorry to Kesar and tells her that he would do everything he could to help her out.
6. Vikram tells Soumya and Binita that Rudr has been charged with fraud. And the CBI officers won't release him until they get the Rs. 5 crore back. He tells Binita to take advantage of this situation and give Kesar the Rs. 5 crore, as she wouldn't have that much money. Binita smiles and thinks of something.
7. Abhi tells Kesar that Nazneen has been murdered. And that he just found out that Sethi is a big criminal. There are so many charges against him and he is in the police's most wanted list. Abhi tells her that they have to arrange for the Rs. 5 crore as soon as possible.
8. Kesar and Abhi go to meet Rudr but the CBI officers won't let them in. Kesar hears Rudr shouting and asks the officers as to what is happening inside. They tell her that they are giving him the "third-degree torture" because he is not telling them where the money is. Kesar is worried and starts crying. She begs them not to torture him, as he really doesn't know where the money is. But they tell her to leave. Abhi takes her away from there.
9. Kesar goes home and starts crying, as she doesn't know how to get the money. Just then Binita comes. She tells Kesar that she is very unlucky for Rudr. It is because of her that he left his family and is living with her in this dirty place. He started working as a clerk and even got cheated by his business partner. She tells her that she could help them out of this situation. She gives Kesar a check of Rs. 5 crore and tells her that in return, she would have to divorce Rudr. Kesar is shocked. Binita asks her whether she couldn't do such a small sacrifice for the one she loves. She tells Kesar to think about it, as she doesn't have much time. She leaves from there. Kesar looks helpless and starts crying.
KESAR-Wednesday (10-13-04)
1. Kesar goes to Abhi's house and tells him that she has arranged for the Rs. 5 crore. She asks him to come with her to release Rudr from the CBI officers.
2. Kesar and Abhi give the Rs. 5 crore check to the officers and they agree to release Rudr. They bring Rudr out of the cabin. He is injured and can't walk properly. Kesar goes up to him and hugs him. Abhi and Kesar take him home. Rudr tells them that he doesn't understand why the officers let him go easily. They were torturing him and kept asking him questions but then all of a sudden, they freed him. Abhi and Kesar look at each other. Abhi tells him that the police probably got the information they needed. He tells Rudr that Kesar would tell him everything at home.
3. Shammi informs his mom and dadaji that Kesar was able to free Rudr from the officers. Kesar's mom is happy to hear this. She tells Shammi that she knew that Kesar would be able to help Rudr out after all a wife can't see her husband suffering. Shammi tells her that she's right but he is very unlucky to have a wife like Binita. He tells his mom that he had loved Binita with all his heart. He trusted her so much but she betrayed him. He tells her that he has had enough and it's better to break his relationship with Binita.
4. Rudr asks Kesar as to why the officers freed him easily. Kesar tries to change the topic but he asks her again. She tells him that the police were able to arrest Sethi and he admitted his mistake. Rudr looks at her. She asks him as to what the matter is. He smiles and says 'I Love You.'
5. Binita gives dadaji his tea. Just then, Shammi arrives. He goes up to Binita and gives her divorce papers. He tells her that he wants to break their relationship. Binita starts crying in front of dadaji. Dadaji tells her to stop crying and he tells Shammi to think it over. However, Shammi tells him that he can't forgive Binita for betraying him and he leaves from there.
6. Binita comes to meet Kesar at home. She congratulates her for freeing Rudr from the officers and asks her for her price in return. Kesar tells her that she is very shameless, as she keeps coming to her house uninvited. Binita tells her that she doesn't care if she's shameless as long as she is not like Kesar, who traded her husband for Rs. 5 crore only. Kesar tells her that if she thought that she could take Rudr away from her for just Rs. 5 crore, then she's wrong. She also tells her that Rudr is very precious to her and she can never ever exchange him for anything. Binita tells her that now that she has gotten Rudr back, she is backing out on what she said. Kesar tells her that she never backs out on what she says. She tells Binita that she wanted to take Rudr away from her but now she can never have him, as she (Kesar) won't let it happen. She tells her that she is not unlucky for Rudr but Rudr is indeed very lucky because Binita is not in his life. She tells Binita that she has everything but she doesn't have the love, trust and togetherness that she (Kesar) and Rudr share. Binita tells her that she gave her Rs. 5 crore to free Rudr from the CBI and she asks her to give Rudr to her, as part of the agreement. Kesar takes out the check Binita had given her and tears it into pieces. And warns her never to even try to separate Rudr and her. Binita is furious and leaves from there.
7. Binita goes to Vikram and tells him that Kesar didn't use the check she gave her, which means that someone else must've helped her. Vikram wonders as to where Kesar got the money. Just then, he gets a call from someone. After putting the phone down, he tells Binita that he found out where Kesar got the money.
8. Abhi asks Kesar whether Rudr had asked her anything. She said that he kept on asking her how he got released from the CBI officers but she just told him that Sethi got arrested. She asks Abhi as to what would happen if Rudr found out the truth. Abhi tells her not to worry, as no one would tell him anything. He tells her that it was more important to free Rudr from the CBI and they had no other option available. Just then, Rudr comes out of his room. He asks them what they were talking about. Kesar tells him that she was just telling Abhi to get some things from the market. Rudr tells her to give him the list of the items she needs and he'll get them for her.
9. Rudr is on the way to the market and Binita comes up to him. He tells her to stop coming along his way. She tells him that it's Kesar who's coming in between Rudr and her. Rudr tells her to shut up and is about to leave from there but Binita stops him. She asks him whether he ever wondered how was he able to get out of such a big scam. He tells her that Sethi got arrested and confessed everything. Binita tells him that Kesar hid the truth from him. Rudr tells her that Kesar told that to him so it is the truth. Binita tells him that Kesar lied to him. She went to the Mallyas and begged them to give her Rs. 5 crore to free you from the CBI officers. Rudr is shocked. She tells him that Kesar traded him for just Rs. 5 crore. Rudr tells her shut up and leaves from there.
KESAR-Thursday (10-14-04)
1. Rudr comes home and bangs the door open. Kesar comes rushing out. She sees Rudr furious and asks him what the matter is. He asks her whether she loves him. She nods her head. He then asks her how much does she love him. She looks at him, confused. He starts laughing and tells her that he is very happy because Kesar loves him. And then he breaks down into tears and tells her that he hates her. Kesar is stunned. He asks her as to why she asked help from the Mallyas. Kesar is surprised and wonders how he found out everything. He tells her that when they left the Mallya house, they didn't have anything with them except for their self-respect but now they don't have that too. He tells her that it would've been better for him to die rather than beg from the Mallyas. Kesar tells him that he is misunderstanding her. She tries to explain everything but he doesn't listen to her. He tells her that he is hurt by what she did and he hates her for that. He leaves from there and Kesar starts crying.
2. Abhi comes to meet Kesar and sees her crying. He asks her as to what happened. She tells him that Rudr found out everything; he was very upset and for the first time, he told her that he hates her. She asks him as to why can't Rudr understand that she can't bear to see him suffering. She tells Abhi that Rudr doesn't care about her feelings. He said that easily without even thinking how she would feel. Abhi tells her to stop crying and gives her his handkerchief to wipe away her tears. He tells her that Rudr said all of those words in anger but when he cools down, he would realize his mistake and come back home.
3. Rudr goes to the Mallya house and calls everyone out. Binita hears him and comes out. She asks him as to what the matter is. He shouts her and tells her that he called for the Mallyas, and she is not a member of the family so she has no business being there. Just then, everyone come rushing out. Rudr tells Dadaji that he has returned home. He has lost and they have proven that he is nothing without the power and money of the Mallyas. He tells Dadaji that he took him away from Kesar for Rs. 5 crore and now, he will serve the Mallyas as a servant for the rest of his life. He tells Dadaji to command him and he will do whatever he is asked to. Dadaji is hurt. He tells Rudr to go back home as Kesar is waiting for him. Rudr starts crying and tells Dadaji that Kesar loves him so much that she even begged in front of Mallyas just to save him. After a while, he leaves from there.
4. Rudr comes home and finds Kesar crying. He sits on the sofa. Kesar approaches him. She says sorry for what she did. She tells him that she didn't mean to hurt him but she couldn't bear to see him suffer under the hands of the CBI officers. She tells him that the officers told her that they would release Rudr only if she gives them Rs. 5 crore. She tells him that she tried her very best to arrange for the money but she couldn't gather enough money and then Binita came to her and gave her an offer. She agreed to give her Rs. 5 crore but in return, Kesar would have to divorce Rudr. Rudr is stunned. She tells him that she had no other choice but to approach Dadaji. Dadaji gave her the money right away. He also told her to try to convince Rudr to come back home but then Kesar told him that if that was his condition, then she can't accept the money from him but Dadaji tells her that it was not what he meant. He is not asking anything in return. He tells her to take the money and save Rudr. Kesar tells Rudr that a wife can never bear to see her husband suffer. She tells him that what Binita had said can never happen and she would never to such a thing even if it were the last option available. She tells Rudr that the money she got from Dadaji is a debt on their part and they would pay it back together. She tells him that she would always help him in whatever he does. Rudr doesn't say anything.
KESAR-Monday (10-18-04)
1. Rudr is lying down, thinking of what he had said to Kesar
earlier. He realizes his mistake and feels bad about what he did. He
checks on Kesar and finds her asleep. He tells her that he is sorry
for hurting her. He tells himself that he tries to keep Kesar happy
but always ends up hurting her. Just then, Kesar wakes up. They look
at each other with tears in their eyes. Rudr hugs her and says sorry.
2. Shaina goes to meet Happy Singh's brother, Perry, who is
from Canada. She tells him to find out everything about Moksh. He
tells her that he has some friends in the U.S. who might know Moksh,
and he'll definitely let her know if he finds out anything about him.
3. Abhi comes to meet Kesar and Rudr at home. He asks Kesar as
to where Rudr is and she tells him that he is having his bath. He
asks her if Rudr is still upset and she tells him that he is all
right now. Just then, Rudr comes out and Abhi tells him that he has
just opened his new pharmaceutical company and wants someone whom he
can trust to handle it. He tells Rudr that they made a great pair
when they used to work together in the past and they were able to
surpass their competitors. He tells Rudr that he wants them to work
together again. Rudr looks upset and asks Abhi as to what does he
think of himself. Kesar and Abhi look confused. He then starts
smiling and asks him as to why didn't he think of this before. Abhi
and Kesar are relieved.
4. Abhi takes Rudr to his new office and calls in Mr. Gupta,
the assistant manager. Mr. Gupta hands Abhi the sales record and
Rudr takes a look at it. Rudr tells Abhi that their product quality
is better than their competitors but why are their sales very low.
Abhi tells him that their competitors engage in heavy advertising
and they even price their product at a very low price. Rudr tells
him that they have to formulate a new strategy to increase their
sales. Abhi tells Rudr that he is giving him the responsibility to
do this. He tells Rudr that he has to attend an important meeting
and leaves from there. Rudr asks Mr. Gupta about his opinion and Mr.
Gupta tells him that in today's world, no one gets anything out of
being honest. To be able to survive in the competitive business
environment, they have to be a bit dishonest. Rudr asks him as to
what does he mean. Mr. Gupta tells him his plan.
5. Shaina goes to meet Binita in her room and starts crying.
Binita asks her as to what the matter is. She asks Binita whether
she has any idea about when Dadaji is planning to set the wedding
date. Bini tells her that she does not know anything about it.
Shaina tells her that she is pregnant with Moksh's child. Binita is
shocked.
6. Rudr is on a taxi and is on his way home, when he sees a
young boy selling flowers. He is about to buy them but the taxi
driver tells him not buy them as the boy got those flowers from the
cemetery nearby. The young boy begs Rudr to but the flowers but he
refuses. The boy tells him that he found out where the flowers came
from, that's why he doesn't want to buy them but what if he didn't
find out, would he still buy them? The boy tells Rudr that his mom
is sick and he needs the money to buy her some medicines. Rudr feels
sorry for the kid and gives him some money without taking the
flowers. He tells himself that Mr. Gupta was right. It is all right
to be a little unethical when doing business after all no one knows
what is happening behind one's back.
7. Kesar's mom visits her at home and finds her busy in the
kitchen. She asks her as to why she is preparing so many things.
Kesar tells her that she met Rudr for the first time at Jamalpur
about a year ago and her life has changed ever since. She tells her
mom that she hopes Rudr remembers this day too. He mom tells her not
to be mad at him if he forgets as he is busy with work and has so
many other things in his mind. Kesar tells her that he has to
remember and if he forgets, she would give him a surprise.
8. Binita asks Dadaji whether he has decided anything about
Shaina and Moksh's wedding. Dadaji tells her that he doesn't want to
rush in on the wedding. He tells her that they have to find out
everything about Moksh first. Binta tells him that they can't stop
the wedding now as Shaina is pregnant with Moksh's child. Dadaji is
shocked. She tells him that they have to get them married before
Moksh changes his mind. She also tells him that she doesn't want
Shaina to be in the same position as she is in. Dadaji thinks about
it.
KESAR-Tuesday (10-19-04)
1. Rudr and Abhi are in the office. Rudr tells Abhi that they have a meeting with the minister, Mr. Bhandari, tomorrow, October 16. Abhi tells him that today is October 15 and asks him whether he remembers what the occasion is today. Rudr tells him that he doesn't remember anything. Abhi gives him a hint and tells him that on this very day last year they went to some place where he pretended to be Rudr and Rudr pretended to be him. Rudr remembers that last year, they had gone to meet Kesar for the first time at Jamalpur. Rudr thanks Abhi for reminding him and asks Abhi whether Kesar remembers this day too. Abhi tells him that she probably does. Rudr tells him that he is going home to give Kesar a surprise. Just then, Mr. Gupta, the assistant manager, comes in and informs them that the minister is going on a foreign tour early tomorrow morning and has cancelled all of his meetings. Rudr and Abhi look worried. Rudr tells Mr. Gupta to set an appointment with the minister anytime within the day but Mr. Gupta informs him that the minister is very busy today and he has a dinner meeting with some delegates at Hotel Royal Beach. Rudr looks disturbed. Abhi tells him not to worry and tells him to go home, as Kesar would feel happy. Rudr agrees.
2. Moksh visits Dadaji at home and tells him that his parents felt very bad about what Kesar had said about him on the engagement ceremony and the only reason they allowed the engagement to take place is because of the trust and support Shaina showed towards him. He also tells dadaji that they are a bit disappointed because they think that Shaina's family is against their relationship. Dadaji tells him that they have to clear this misunderstanding before it's too late. Moksh requests Dadaji to talk to his parents. Dadaji agrees.
3. Kesar is surprised to see Rudr home early. He tells her that his mind was not in his work and he felt as if she is remembering him. Kesar smiles and tells him that she was indeed remembering him a lot. She asks him if he notices anything different today. He pretends not to know what she is talking about and tells her that the house looks a lot cleaner than before. Kesar tells him that the house is clean as usual. She then asks him if he is trying to say that she doesn't clean the house well. Rudr tells her that he didn't mean to say that. He then tells her that the weather seems a lot different today. It is hotter than yesterday. He tells her that he is going to have a shower. Kesar feels bad and tells herself that she is probably not looking good that's why Rudr didn't even look at her and that her mom was right after all. Rudr must have been too busy that's why he doesn't remember what the occasion is. She hears Rudr calling her from the bathroom. He asks her for a towel. She hands it to him and he pulls her inside the shower room and hugs her. She asks him as to what he is doing and he tells her that he is doing what she did to him last year at Jamalpur. She asks as to what she did and he tells her that she made him jump in her "personal swimming pool" (This was in the third or fourth episode). They start laughing.
4. Kesar is getting dressed and tells Rudr that she is glad that he remembers this day. He tells that her he almost forgot but Abhi reminded him. Kesar is surprised and asks him as to how could he forget this day. He says sorry and tells her that at least he told her the truth. She smiles and tells him that she prepared most of his favorite dishes and asks him as to what would he give her. Rudr tells her that he didn't bring her a present but he's taking her out for dinner at Hotel Royal Beach. She tells him that she had already prepared food and that they shouldn't spend much for dinner. He, jokingly, tells her that she is right and they should go to the "Guru Dwara" and have "langar" there. She starts laughing, and so does Rudr.
5. Dadaji comes to Moksh's house and brings the "shagun". He apologizes to Moksh's parents for taking so much time on their decision. He tells them that he agrees to have Moksh and Shaina married and asks them as to when would they want the wedding to take place. Moksh's parents tell him that before they set the wediing date, they have a condition that Kesar shouldn't be invited to the wedding. Dadaji tells them to forgive Kesar. They tell him that they can't forgive Kesar and if he doesn't agree then they would break the wedding. Finally, Dadaji agrees.
6. Rudr takes Kesar to Hotel Royal Beach. He sees the minister there and tells Kesar to order the food while he goes to meet the minister. Kesar feels bad. The minister's bodyguard doesn't let Rudr meet the minister. Rudr hands him his business card and tells him to show it to the minister. After seeing the card, the minister signals the guard to let Rudr meet him. Rudr tells the minister to consider his company, Care India Pvt. Ltd. for the medicines contract for the municipal hospital. The minister tells him that he would definitely give the contract to his company, as it belongs to the Mallyas. Rudr tries to tell him that it doesn't belong to the Mallyas and that he is no longer connected with them but the minister doesn't give him a chance to say anything. The minister tells him that Manmeet Mallya (Rudr's dad) fully sponsored his election campaign so he has an obligation to do something for him in return. Rudr tries to tell him again but the minister gets a call from someone and tells Rudr that he will meet him after he returns from Malaysia. Rudr goes back to Kesar and asks her as to why she didn't order anything yet. She asks him whether he got his work done. He tells her that he got one thing done but he still has one more thing to do. He calls the waiter and places his order. Kesar doesn't look happy.
7. Perry Singh, Happy Singh's brother, tells his sister-in-law (Happy's wife) that he found out from his friends in New Jersey that Moksh is not a good man. He has cheated a lot of people there and has a very bad reputation. He tells his sis-in-law that they have to tell everyone before it's too late. She tells him that Shaina's wedding is tomorrow and that they can't stop the wedding, as Shaina is pregnant. Perry is shocked.
8. Kesar and Rudr are on the way home. Rudr tells Kesar that he is very happy because they got the contract. Kesar looks unhappy. He asks Kesar as to what the matter is and she tells him that he used his surname, Mallya, to get his work done. Rudr tells her that only the two of them know that he is not part of the Mallya Empire anymore but the rest of the world doesn't. He tells her that she saw how he tried to tell the minister about it but he didn't have enough time to listen to him. He also tells her that he also contributed to the success of the Mallya Empire. Kesar is not satisfied. He tells her that she is feeling bad only because it all happened in front of her eyes. If it happened behind her back, she wouldn't even know about it. The taxi stops at the same place where Rudr saw the young boy selling flowers. He points at that boys and tells Kesar that the boy steals those flowers from the graveyard and sells it to people, who happily buy it because they do not know where those flowers come from. After all a flower is a flower. Kesar tells him that this is wrong. He tells her that she finds it wrong because she knows where the flower comes from. What if she didn't know, then? Kesar looks at him and is not pleased.
9. Shaina asks Moksh as to why did he call her to his house the night before the wedding. She tells him that she had to lie to Dadaji since it is not right to meet before the wedding. He asks her s to what did she do to make her family agree to have the wedding right away. She tells him that she had no other choice but to tell them that she is pregnant. She tells him that she is feeling very guilty for lying to them. Moksh tells her that he scared that she would tell everyone that she is not pregnant at all and it would affect their wedding. He tells her that he would make her lie true so that she doesn't have to feel guilty. She asks him as to what he means. He tells her that he would explain it to her. He then removes her "dupatta". Shaina gets scared and tells him not to come near her. She tries to escape but he doesn't let her. He then rapes her.
10. Shaina is devastated and is walking on the road. Perry Singh passes by in his car and sees her. He calls her but she doesn't listen. He gets down of his car and talks to her. He tells her not to marry Moksh, as he is not a good man. Shaina starts crying. He then tells her that he is sorry and he won't say anything against Moksh if it hurts her. He offers to take her home but she tells him that she doesn't want to go home. He, however, insists on taking her home.
11. Binita comes to meet Shaina in her room in the morning. She tells Shaina that she should be very happy today, as she is getting married with the person she loves and who is the father of her soon-to-be child. She tells Shaina that everyone is waiting for her downstairs. Shaina tells Binita that she doesn't want to get married to Moksh. Binita is shocked.
KESAR-Wednesday (10-20-04)
1. Shaina starts crying and tells Binita that Moksh called her to his house last night and raped her. She also tells her that she had lied to everyone that she was pregnant because she didn't know Moksh's true character. She tells Binita that she doesn't want to marry him anymore. Binita tells her that it is too late now and she can't refuse to marry Moksh anymore and tells her not to do anything such that Moksh would refuse to marry her otherwise no one else would ever marry her. Shaina still refuses to marry him and tells her that she can never marry a person who can't respect the woman he is about to marry. Binita tells her that what was supposed to have happened after marriage happened before it but Shaina tells her that it was against her will. Binita tells her to stop over reacting and start getting dressed. She leaves from there. Shaina tells herself that she should have believed Kesar.
2. Vikram comes to meet Abhi at his office and congratulates him for getting the contract for the municipal hospital. Abhi is confused. Vikram tells him not to be too happy, as he got the contract only because Rudr used his surname, Mallya, to impress the minister. Abhi is shocked. Vikram tells him that the Mallyas are very close to the minister and Rudr took advantage of this. He tells Abhi that he thought he was a very honest and ethical businessman but he turned out to be like others too. Abhi tells Vikram that they didn't do anything wrong. He tells him that Rudr didn't do anything wrong by calling himself a Mallya after all he is still a part of the Mallya family. He tells Vikram that if he is trying to turn him against Rudr then he should forget it because it is never going to happen. He asks Vikram to leave. Vikram tells Abhi that one day he himself would not want to work with Rudr anymore. He then leaves from there.
3. Perry tells Kesar that Shaina is getting married today. Kesar is shocked and asks him as to how can Dadaji let this happen; doesn't he trust her anymore. Perry tells her that Dadaji had no other choice. Kesar asks him as to what made Dadaji take such a step in a short time and why didn't he even inform her or Rudr about it. Perry tells her that he can't tell her what the reason is behind Dadaji's decision and it would be better if she asks Shaina. He also tells her that Moksh and his parents' told Dadaji not to let Kesar and Rudr be a part of the wedding ceremony. Perry tells her that he thinks Shaina is regretting her descision to marry Moksh. Kesar is shocked. Perry tells her that he met her last night and she was coming from Moksh's house. He tells her that he thinks that Moksh is not right for Shaina and requests her to talk to Rudr about it, as he is the only one who could save Shaina from Moksh.
4. Abhi calls Rudr to his cabin and congratulates him for getting the contract. Rudr thinks that Kesar told Abhi about the contract and tells him that he was going to tell him about it personally but Kesar had spoiled the surprise. Abhi tells him that it is very beneficial to have good relations with the minister, as he could help them out in situations such as these. Rudr agrees with him. Abhi then tells him that Vikram was right after all. Rudr looks confused. Abhi tells him that they wouldn't take any wrong step just to be successful instantly. Rudr tells him that Kesar too is feeling bad about the way he used his surname to get the contract. Abhi tells him that Kesar didn't tell him anything at all. Rudr tells him that despite leaving the Mallya Empire, no one can change the fact that he is still a Mallya and everyone else knows him as Rudr Mallya. He tells him that he also contributed a little to the success of the Mallya Empire. He also tells him that the minister didn't have enough time to listen to his explanation. He asks Abhi as to why he and Kesar are making such a big issue out of this. Abhi asks him to relax and tells him that he only meant to tell him that they shouldn't use a shortcut to be successful as he has full confidence in their product. Rudr agrees but tells him that in order for their business to run, they also have to go hand-in-hand with all the bureaucrats and politicians.
5. Soumya and her daughters check on Shaina in her room. Soumya asks her as to what the matter is and why isn't she ready yet. Shaina asks her if it is possible to stop wedding. Soumya is shocked. She tells her that she understands how she must be feeling because she felt the same way when she got married. She tells Shaina that she needs to worry after all she is getting married to the person she loves.
6. Kesar tells Rudr about Shaina's wedding. Rudr tells her that they would not attend the wedding. Kesar tries to convince him but he tells her that even if they agreed to Moksh's condition, they should have at least informed them about it. He tells her that he left the Mallya house but not the relationships he has with them and if they don't value these relationships then why should he and Kesar be concerned about them. He tells her that they have had enough insult and he doesn't want the same thing to happen again. Kesar tells him that they should think of Shaina's happiness. He tells her that when she told everyone about Moksh, no one, including Shaina, believed her. She tells him that as Shaina's brother and sister-in-law, it is their duty to help her out. Rudr tells her that they have done enough for Shaina and if she doesn't want to believe them, then they can't do anything about it. Kesar, however still insists on going. Rudr tells her that she may go if she wants to, but it would definitely affect their relationship. Kesar is stunned. He tells her that he has to attend a meeting and goes from there. He leaves his cellphone on the table by mistake and Kesar calls out on him but he doesn't listen.
7. Shaina tells Perry that she wants to talk to Rudr. Perry dials his number on his phone and gives it to her. Kesar answers the phone. Shaina tells her to bring Rudr to the house right away. Kesar looks worried and tells herself that she has to do something, as Shaina needs her help.
8. Kesar comes to the Mallya house. Soumya sees her there and taunts her for coming without being invited. Kesar tells her that she brought Shaina's bridal wear because as part of their family's tradition, the bride's brother should be the one to give it to her but Rudr couldn't come that's why she had to come. Dadaji and Dadi see her there and allow her to meet Shaina in her room.
9. Kesar goes to Shaina's room. Shaina hugs her and starts crying. Binita, who is also there, tells Kesar that it's too late to stop the wedding now. She tells Shaina that Kesar could not even do anything to stop the wedding. She leaves from there. Shaina locks the door and Kesar asks her as to what the matter is.
10. Soumya and Binita sit behind Moksh and start talking about Kesar. Soumya tells Binita that Kesar is so shameless, as she came to the wedding without being invited. Binita tells her that she doesn't understand why Dadaji allowed her to enter the house when he promised Moksh and his parents that he wouldn't let her attend the wedding. Moksh overhears them and looks upset. The priest/"pundit" tells Dadaji to call out the bride. Dadaji tells Soumya to bring Shaina out but Moksh stops him and asks him whether he did what they had agreed upon. Dadaji is shocked.
KESAR-Thursday (10-21-04)
1. Moksh asks Dadaji whether Kesar is present at the wedding. Dadaji doesn't answer. Moksh's parents' ask him again but he still doesn't answer. Just then, Kesar comes out with Shaina. Upon seeing her, he tells Dadaji that he didn't do a good thing by breaking his promise. He tells Dadaji that he has forced him and his parents to keep another condition. Dadaji looks worried. He tells Dadaji not to worry, as he would still get married to Shaina but Kesar has to bend down on her knees and beg him for forgiveness in front of everybody. Everyone is shocked. Kesar takes Shaina with her and approaches Moksh. She looks at him angrily and slaps him hard. Everyone is stunned. Moksh is about to slap her back but Perry stops him. Kesar tells him that he should've been slapped at that time he called Shaina to his house and raped her. Everyone is shocked. She asks him whether he thought that despite knowing everything about him, Shaina would still marry him. Shaina tells Dadaji that she is sorry for lying to them that she was pregnant and what Kesar had just said was true. She also tells him that she hates Moksh very much after what he did and doesn't want to marry him anymore. Kesar tells Moksh that he doesn't deserve to be anyone's husband, as he doesn't know how to respect a woman. She tells Moksh that he is indeed very lucky that Rudr is not around. Otherwise, if he were around, Moksh would not be able to recognize himself anymore. Just then, the policemen arrive. Shaina tells the policemen that she had called them there and asks them to arrest Moksh. The policemen take him away. Dadaji thanks the guests for coming and apologizes to them for what had happened. After the guests leave, Soumya tells Dadaji that it was not right for Kesar to speak in front of everyone about Shaina being raped. She tells Dadaji that no one would marry Shaina now. Binita tells Dadaji that Shaina had told her everything but she kept quiet because she didn't want to spoil Shaina's future but Kesar made the matter worse. Shaina tells them not to pity her. She tells them that she would either leave the house or kill herself but she doesn't want to be a burden to everyone. Perry tells her not to punish herself for something she didn't even do. He tells her that she will have to live happily for herself, her family and with her life partner. Perry tells Dadaji that he wants to give Shaina all the happiness and love that a husband gives his wife. Everyone is shocked. He tells Dadaji that he is saying this from the bottom of his heart. He tells Shaina that it's all right if she doesn't want to marry him but he would make sure that he finds her a suitable guy. Happy Singh shouts at him and tells him not to say anything more. He tells him that they are nothing compared to the Mallyas and that they are what they are because of the Mallyas. Happy says sorry to Dadaji. Dadaji tells him that Perry is a very honest and clean-hearted person, as he asked for Shaina's hand in marriage despite knowing what had happened. He tells him that he agrees to his proposal and tells him that he is not after money but after Shaina's happiness. Shaina and Perry get married.
2. Kesar goes home and finds Rudr there too. Rudr asks her as to where she went. Kesar tells him that he left his phone at home and Shaina had called up and asked both of them to come to the wedding. Rudr asks her as to why did she go there when he told her not to. Kesar tells him that Shaina was in such a big problem and needed their help. He tells her that he doesn't want to listen to her excuses. Kesar tells him that she is not making up excuses at all. She tells him not to forget the fact that when they were in trouble, the Mallyas came forward and helped them. Rudr tells her that he will repay them their debt as soon as he gets money. Kesar asks him whether he values the relationship he shares with his sister and his duty to help his sister out whenever she is in trouble. She goes from there. Rudr realizes his mistake and asks himself as to why does he always end up hurting the people he loves the most. He tells himself that Shaina is his sister and Kesar didn't do anything wrong by attending her wedding. He, then, wonders as to what Kesar meant by helping Shaina out when she is in trouble.
3. Perry and Shaina are in the car and are on the way home. Shaina asks Perry if she could meet Rudr before they go home. Perry agrees and takes her to Rudr's house.
4. Kesar welcomes Perry and Shaina home. She calls Rudr out. Rudr is happy to see Shaina but wonders as to why she is with Perry. Shaina tells Rudr that Kesar was right about Moksh and she is sorry for not believing in her and insulting her during the engagement ceremony. She tells Rudr everything about Moksh. Rudr, then, hugs Perry and Shaina and wishes them a happy married life. He says sorry to Kesar for misunderstanding her and thanks her for saving Shaina from Moksh. Perry tells Rudr that he is very lucky to have a wife like Kesar. Rudr smiles at Kesar and she smiles back.
5. Soumya and Vikram tell Dadaji that he didn't make the right decision by having Shaina marry Perry. He should've at least thought about their status. Vikram tells him that Perry is just an ordinary taxi driver in Canada while Shaina comes from the prestigious Mallya family. Soumya tells him that this marriage won't last long. Dadaji tells them and Soumya not to interfere in his decisions. He tells them not to forget that the status they are very proud of is not theirs. He tells them that he worked very hard to bring them where they are today and that Perry and Happy are very hardworking and they would definitely be successful one day.
6. (This was such a cute scene) Rudr says sorry to Kesar once again. Kesar says it's ok and asks him as to how many times would he say sorry. He tells her that he would say sorry as long as he continues to make mistakes. Kesar jokingly asks him as to how many more mistakes would he make. Rudr tells her that even though how many mistakes he commits, she always there to help him correct his mistakes. Kesar asks him as to what does he think of her. He tells her that she is his "Asha", his "Prerna", his "Pooja", his "Rose". Kesar interrupts him and asks him whether he is complimenting her or telling her the names of his girlfriends. Rudr tells her that he made a mistake again and asks her whether he should say sorry. Kesar tells him that he deserves to be punished therefore he has to prepare tea in the morning. Rudr tells her that she will be punishing herself if she asks him to do this because he makes really "good" tea. They start laughing and Kesar says that she made a mistake. Rudr tells her to say sorry. She says sorry and Rudr asks her as to many more mistakes would she make. They start laughing. Rudr hugs Kesar (Bepanha song plays in the background).
KESAR-Monday (10-25-04)
1. Rudr is about to leave for the office. He is going through a file and requests Kesar to get him his watch. She tells him not to leave before having breakfast but he tells her that he is in a hurry. He tells her that he has been trying to set an appointment with the minister since yesterday but he feels as if the minister is avoiding him. Just then, Abhi comes to meet them. He tells Rudr that he has set an appointment with the minister at 11:30 AM but he has to go to Vashi to order some raw materials so Rudr will have to attend the meeting on his own. Rudr tells him not to worry as he would handle everything and asks Abhi to order more raw materials for their new contract. Rudr also tells him that he has already placed the order for the packaging materials. Abhi tells him that they haven't even signed the contract yet but Rudr tells him not to worry, as he is sure that they would get the contract. After Rudr leaves, Abhi tells Kesar that Rudr wants to repay the Mallyas as soon as possible but he is scared that he might do something wrong by rushing in on things. Kesar seems bothered.
2. Rudr goes to meet Mr. Gopala, the assistant to the Minister. Mr. Gopala tells him that they are not going to give him the contract for the municipal hospital. Rudr is stunned and asks him for the reason behind this decision. Mr. Gopala asks him as to why did he hide the fact that he is not part of the Mallya Empire anymore. Rudr tells him that he tried to tell the minister but he didn't have enough time to listen to him. Mr. Gopala is not pleased and tells Rudr that it was his dad and his grandfather who helped them a lot in their election campaign and not Rudr himself. Rudr tries to convince Mr. Gopala but he doesn't listen to him. Mr. Gopala gets a call from the secretary, telling him that someone has come to meet him and Mr. Gopala tells her to send him in. Just then, Vikram enters the room. Rudr is surprised to see him there. Mr. Gopala tells Rudr that they have given the contract to Vikram Mallya. Rudr is upset and leaves from there.
3. Rudr tells Abhi that they didn't get the contract and that Vikram got it instead. Rudr tells him that Mr. Gopala told him that they would only help the Mallyas and their company. Rudr asks Abhi whether he is nothing without the name of the Mallyas. Abhi tells him that it's all right and they would get another contract pretty soon. Rudr tells him that they have been making so much profit through this contract. Abhi tells him that they would try again some other time. Rudr tells him that Vikram must have given the minister something in return for this contract. Abhi tells him that they are in no hurry to be successful and they wouldn't do anything unethical just to get the contract. Rudr tells him that he is in a hurry because he wants to repay the Mallyas as soon as possible. He also tells Abhi that he wants to give Kesar all the comforts and luxuries, which she left behind just for him. Abhi tells him that he knows for sure that Kesar would be extremely satisfied if Rudr gives her these comforts and luxuries through his hard work and honesty. Abhi tells him that he has to go Vashi and that they would talk about this when he returns. After he leaves, Rudr tells himself that he is in a hurry this time and he has to get another big contract as early as possible.
4. Kesar comes to Rudr's office and brings lunch for him. Rudr is surprised to see her there. She asks him if he got the contract and he tells her that he didn't. Kesar tells him not to worry, as there is always a next time. She tells him that she brought lunch for him and he tells her that he doesn't want to eat. She tells him that she has not eaten lunch yet and is very hungry. He tells her to have lunch without him and she tells him that she wants to have lunch with him that's why she came to the office. She tells him that she wants to come with him to the office starting tomorrow. She tells him that she doesn't know anything but she will definitely learn if Rudr helps her out. Rudr tells her that there is no need for her to work. She tells him that she is not going to seriously work; she just wants to spend more time with him. Rudr just looks at her. She asks him as to why he is looking at her that way and he tells her that he sees so much courage in her eyes. He tells her that he has changed for good because of her love. He also apologizes for giving her so much pain and trouble. Kesar tells him that he shouldn't talk too much while eating. She feeds him and he feeds her back (Bepanha song plays in the background).
5. Moksh's lawyer comes to the police station with Moksh's bail papers. The Policeman has a look at it and releases Moksh. He asks the lawyer for Moksh's passport and tells Moksh that he can't leave the country until the case is closed. Moksh tells himself that he won't spare Kesar.
6. Mr. Gupta, the assistant manager, tells Rudr that he just spoke to someone, named Saawan, who told him that they could get a big contract for their 'pain killers' from South Africa. He tells Rudr that Saawan is an agent of that Sounth African company and has a lot of contacts there. Rudr asks Mr. Gupta to arrange a meeting with Saawan. Mr. Gupta agrees but tells Rudr that they have to keep Abhi out of this matter until they get the contract, as Abhi is more into charity than business. Rudr tells not to say anything against Abhi. Rudr tells him that he would be the one to convince Abhi.
7. Kesar is buying some vegetables when two men surround her. They ask her if she is Kesar and start misbehaving with her. Kesar asks them as to what do they want from her. One of them takes a bottle of acid out and starts pouring it on the vegetables. Kesar gets scared and tries to get away from there but they grab her and pour the acid on her. Kesar cries for help.
KESAR- Tuesday (10-26-04)
1. The two men try to pour acid on Kesar's face but it spills
on her left foot instead. The crowd gathers around Kesar and the two
men run away. They ride in Moksh's car. Kesar cries in pain and a
woman takes her to the hospital. In the hospital, the doctor tells
the lady that they do not have an available room but the woman tells
them to start the treatment as soon as possible. The doctor tells
the nurse to take Kesar to the general ward and give her an
injection. The woman asks Kesar for her husband's phone number so
she could inform him about her accident.
2. Mr. Gupta takes Rudr to a hotel to meet Mr. Saawan. Mr.
Saawan requests Rudr to turn off his cellphone so that they would
not be interrupted in the middle of their meeting. Rudr tells Mr.
Saawan that their production costs are very high and it is next to
impossible to reduce their costs. But Mr. Saawan tells him that they
could reduce the production costs by using a used but refined wax
base for their pain killer ointments instead of using a fresh wax
base. Rudr tells him that he doesn't want to produce sub-standard
ointments and that he doesn't want to deceive people. Mr. Saawan
tells him that he had already brought an advance payment of Rs.
50,000 with him for the contract. Rudr refuses to sign the contract
and leaves from there. As soon as he steps out of the hotel, he
switches on his phone and after a few seconds, his phones starts
ringing. He answers the phone and the woman informs him about
Kesar's accident. Rudr is stunned and rushes to the hospital
immediately.
3. Rudr arrives at the hospital and sees Kesar at the general
ward. He sees her in pain and begins to panic. He has tears in his
eyes. He holds her hand and tells her that he's here now and
everything will be all right. He asks the woman as to what exactly
happened. She tells him that two men were trying to put acid on
Kesar's face but it got spilled on her foot. Rudr asks her whether
she recognizes those men but the woman tells him that she doesn't.
The nurse comes there and tells Rudr that the doctor wants to speak
to him. Rudr tells Kesar that he would be back. He kisses her
forehead and tells her that everything will be all right.
4. The doctor informs Rudr that someone spilled acid on Kesar's
left foot and she could have a serious problem if they don't start
the operation immediately. Rudr tells him to begin the operation
right away but the doctor tells him that he has to pay Rs. 40,000
for the operation. Rudr tells him not to worry about the payment, as
he would arrange for the money right away. Rudr tells him to start
the operation as soon as possible, as Kesar is in so much pain.
5. Rudr goes to Mr. Saawan and tells him that he is ready to
sign the contract. Mr. Saawan gives him Rs. 50,000 and tells him
that their order should be completed on time. Rudr tells Mr. Gupta
to go to the factory and start the production right away.
6. Rudr goes to the hospital and gives Rs. 40,000 to the
doctor. The doctor, however, tells him that they don't need the cash
anymore because someone had come to discharge Kesar. Rudr is shocked
and asks him as to who the person was but the doctor tells him that
he doesn't know. Rudr is furious. He shouts at the doctor and asks
him as to how could he be so irresponsible. He asks all the other
doctors and nurses but they tell him that they don't know anything
about it, as there are hundreds of other patients around. Rudr gets
worried. He has tears in his eyes and wonders as to where Kesar
could be. Just then, Kesar's mom calls him up and informs him that
they have brought Kesar with them. Rudr shouts at her and asks her
as to why she brought Kesar without informing him. He tells her that
he had gone crazy looking for her. Kesar's mom tells him that she
tried calling him a lot of times but his phone was turned off. She
tells him that the woman who saved Kesar had called them up. Rudr
realizes his mistake and apologizes. He tells her that he was so
worried about Kesar and he didn't know what to do. Kesar's mom tells
him that he loves Kesar so much that's why he behaved that way. She
tells him that they are at Rose Nursing Home and that it is a
private hospital and the doctors are good. She asks Rudr to come
over.
7. Rudr reaches the hospital and asks Kesar's mom about Kesar.
She tells him that the doctors have started the operation. Kesar's
dad is furious at Rudr. He tells Rudr that as Kesar's husband, he
couldn't do anything for her. He tells him that if he claims that he
loves Kesar so much, then why did he leave her all alone at the
municipal hospital. Rudr tells him that he went to arrange for the
money but Kesar's dad tells him that he should've informed them.
Kesar's mom tells him not to say anything more. Just then, the
doctor comes out of the operation room and tells them that the
operation was successful. Kesar's dad asks the doctor if they could
meet Kesar and he agrees. Rudr asks the doctor for his fees but the
doctor tells him that Kesar's parents had already paid. Rudr gives
Kesar's mom the money he got from Mr. Saawan. She refuses to accept
it but Rudr insists.
8. Rudr goes in to meet Kesar and she asks him where he had
gone. He tells her that he was in an important meeting. She, then,
feels pain in her left foot. Rudr gets worried and calls for the
doctor to check on her. After a few seconds, Rudr's phone starts
ringing. He steps out of the room and answers the phone. Mr. Gupta
tells him that their quality controller refuses to use the used wax
in their ointment. He tells Rudr to come to the factory right away.
9. Abhi and his mom are having a prayer at home for Dusshera.
His mom asks him if he invited Kesar and Rudr for the prayer but
Abhi tells her that he forgot. So he calls Rudr up but his phone is
busy and he tells his mom that he would call them up later.
10. Rudr goes to the factory and tells the quality controller
that they are using used wax but they will refine it before adding
it to their mixture, just like how every other pharmaceutical
company does. The quality controller is not convinced and tells him
that it is illegal and unethical. Rudr tells him that it is only
unethical if it harms people and kills them but their ointment is
for external use, not for internal use. He gets emotional and tells
him that his wife just had an accident. Her left foot got burned and
he didn't have money for her treatment. The doctors told him that
they would not start the operation if he doesn't deposit Rs. 50,000
and that anything serious could happen to her if they don't start
the operation right away. He tells the quality controller that he
had only two options available, either to follow proper business
norms and principles or to save his wife. He tells him that his wife
has sacrificed a lot for him and sometimes, in order to save the
person you love, you have to kill your conscience and give up your
principles. He tells the quality controller to start the production,
if possible.
11. Abhi and his mom gather around with some of their neighbors
to burn the statue of Ravan. Abhi's mom tells them the story behind
the celebration of Dusshera and then tells Abhi to burn Ravan's
statue.
12. At the factory, Rudr assists the workers on the production.
He goes around and makes sure that everything is going the right
way. The quality controller tells Mr. Gupta that people everywhere
are celebrating Dusshera by burning Ravan's statue. They are very
happy because they think that by doing this, they are destroying
evil but then people could do anything out of greed or helplessness.
He looks towards Rudr and says that it could even turn Ram into
Ravan.
KESAR-Wednesday (10-27-04)
1. Abhi, Abhi's mom, Dadaji and Dadi visit Kesar at the hospital. Dadaji tells Kesar's dad that he should've informed them about Kesar's accident earlier. Abhi's mom tells them that they were having a pooja at home and Abhi called Rudr on his cellphone but the line was busy and Rudr didn't call back. Rudr comes there and apologizes to Abhi. He tells everyont that Kesar has been discharged. Dadaji tells Rudr that he wants to take Kesar to the Mallya House with him because she would be left alone when Rudr goes to the office. Rudr and Kesar look at eachother. Kesar's mom tells them that if Rudr doesn't want to send her to the Mallya house, then she could stay with them. However, Abhi's mom tells them that if Rudr doesn't want to send Kesar to the Mallya house and to her parents' house, then she could stay with her and Abhi at their house. Rudr tells them that it is up to Kesar as to where she wants to stay. He is not the one to decide. Kesar tells everyone that she wants to go home with Rudr and that this is where their happiness lies. Rudr smiles at her. Kesar tells them that she knows that they would also be happy if Rudr and Kesar are happy too. Dadaji tells her that he is very proud of her and her thoughts. He tells her that she has proven once again that Rudr can never be weak if she is with him and if he ever gets weak, then she will always be around to give him strength. He tells Rudr take Kesar home with him. Rudr helps Kesar get up and takes her home ('Bepanha' song plays in the background).
2. Dadaji and Dadi return home and find Soumya talking to someone on the phone. She puts down the phone and looks cheerful. Binita asks her as to why she looks very happy. Soumya tells them that her aunty, Surekha, is asking Binita's hand in marriage for her brother. Dadi tells her that it is up to Binita whether she wants to get married or not. Dadaji tells Soumya that they have to tell them the truth about Binita before pushing through with the wedding plans. Binita is furious and goes to her room. Soumya goes after her. Dadi tells Dadaji that she knows Surekha and her brother. They come from a very good family but Surekha's brother is a bit too old for Binita but he is the only guy who could take care of Binita and change her for good.
3. Binita tells Soumya that she doesn't want to get married. She tells her that she knows that Soumya wants her to get out of the Mallya family so that she wouldn't get anything out of their property. Soumya tells her that she is getting her wrong and that she has always thought of Binita's happiness. Binita asks her as to why would any guy agree to marry her after knowing everything about her and if ever he agrees, then there must be some flaws in him. She tells Soumya that she has lost a lot and she won't commit another mistake anymore.
4. Rudr takes Kesar home ('Bepanha' song plays again). They show him taking care of her—cooking for her, feeding her, helping her walk, etc…
5. Binita meets Moksh and congratulates him for getting out of jail easily. Moksh asks her whether she really means it or is she just making fun of him. Binita tells him that it is not easy to escape once anyone messes with Kesar. She tells him that she, too, has been in the same situation as him because of Kesar. Binita tells him that they could destroy Kesar's life together. Moksh is pleased and they both shake their hands.
6. Rudr is preparing breakfast for Kesar but he burns the 'parantha'. Kesar tells him to let her prepare breakfast instead but he doesn't let her. Just then, Shaina comes there and tells them that she brought breakfast for them. Kesar tells her that she just got married and shouldn't have gone through the trouble of bringing breakfast for them. Shaina tells her that she doesn't care about that. She tells Kesar that she didn't care about herself when she exposed Moksh in front of everyone. She also tells he that everyone at home were very happy when she told them that she was bringing breakfast for them. She asks Rudr and Kesar if they found out who the two men were. Rudr tells her that the investigation is still going on. Shaina thinks for some time and tells Rudr that Moksh might be behind all this. Rudr and Kesar are shocked. Shaina tells him that Moksh could do anything. Rudr thinks about what she said.
7. Rudr is on the way to the office when Vikram passes by in his car. He sees Rudr and gets out of his car. He asks Rudr as to how Kesar is. Rudr doesn't answer him and looks at him angrily. Vikram grins and tells him that he is glad that she survived. Rudr tells him that he would have destroyed the whole world if something had happened to Kesar. Vikram tells him that he shouldn't tell the whole world about his weakness otherwise people would start taking advantage of it to put him down. Rudr tells him that nothing like that would ever happen to him because his strength, Kesar, is with him. Vikram tells him that such words do not sound nice from him. He reminds Rudr of the Rs. 5 crore he owes the Mallyas. He tells Rudr that if he had borrowed this much money from someone else, he would also have to pay the interest. He tells Rudr that he and Kesar might even have to sell themselves to pay back such a huge amount. Rudr shouts at him. Vikram tells him that he just passing by and wanted to ask him about Kesar and at the same time remind him of his debt. He, then, leaves from there. Rudr is furious.
8. Mr. Gupta shows Abhi the sales and export files. He tells Abhi that they were able to get the South Africa contract and now, they got the Indonesia contract. Abhi is impressed. He asks Gupta about the rates they quoted to get the contract. Rudr comes there and tells Abhi that they have a lot of work but less time. It would be better if they divided these works among themselves and trust each other's ability. He tells Abhi that he would handle the Sales and Marketing department, Mr. Gupta would handle the production department and Abhi would handle the delivery, packaging and dispatching department. Abhi agrees.
9. The phone rings and Binita answers it but no one is on the line so she puts the phone down. Soumya and Dadi ask her as to who had called and she tells them that no one was on the line. Soumya tells Binita that she has to tell her something but the phone rings again. Binita answers it but no one is on the line again. She puts down the phone and tells them that she has been receiving blank calls even in her cellphone since yesterday. She tells them that she gets calls from different numbers and that the caller must be calling from different PCO booths. Dadi tells her that she would answer the phone if it rings this time. The phone rings and Dadi answers it but no one speaks on the other end.
10. Rudr gets a call from someone on his cellphone. Rudr asks the person as to who he is. The caller tells him that he should not think about whom he is talking to, rather, he should think of his wife. He tells Rudr that it is very important for him to work but since he is married too, he should also think about his smart and beautiful wife, too. Rudr asks him as to what does he mean. The caller asks him as to what kind of a husband is he? How could he leave his wife alone at home in such a condition? He tells him that she couldn't even stand up without any support so, how could she even walk? And if she can't walk then how can she run to save her life? Rudr is stunned. The caller tells him to save her if he could. He tells her that she burned her foot last time but this time, she might get burned along with their house. Rudr gets worried. He gets out of the office and rushes towards home. He spots a motorcycle along the street and rides on it. The man who owns the motorcycle follows him.
11. Rudr reaches home and tries to open the door but it is locked. He bangs on the door and calls out Kesar's name but she doesn't open the door. He gets worried and tries to break the door open. Just then, Kesar comes home with her mom. She sees Rudr and calls on him. Rudr turns his back and sees her. He goes towards her and hugs her tight. He starts crying and asks her as to where she had gone. He asks her as to why she went away without telling him. He tells her that he was so worried. Kesar looks confused. He takes her inside the house and tells her that someone had called him up in the office and told him that she was alone at home and that he told him to save her if he could. He tells Kesar that he gets very scared about her and what if something had actually happened to her. He hugs her. Kesar tells him not to worry anymore as nothing happened to her. Just then, the man who owns the motorcycle comes in. Rudr apologizes for taking his bike without asking permission. The man tells him that he understands and that, now, he is sorry for having mistaken him. He tells Rudr that he wouldn't have refused even if Rudr wanted a lift. Rudr tells Kesar that he took the man's motorcycle to reach home as fast as possible. Before he leaves, the man tells Kesar that she is very lucky to have a husband who loves her so much. Kesar looks at Rudr, extends her hand to him and hugs him ('Bepanha' songs plays in the background).
KESAR-Thursday (10-28-04)
1. Moksh's friend asks him as to why did he just threat Rudr
about hurting Kesar but didn't do anything to her. Moksh tells him
that he is just having fun threatening Rudr and that they could
easily threat Rudr now as he gets worried about Kesar easily.
2. Abhi asks Mr. Gupta as to the rates they had quoted to get
the contract. Mr. Gupta looks worried and tells him that Rudr knows
about it.
3. Abhi goes to the factory and asks the quality controller
(QC) for the South Africa Export file. He scans the file and is
shocked to find out about the rates. He tells the QC that they would
be at a loss with such a rates. The QC tells him that they wouldn't
be at a loss because they have reduced their production costs. Abhi
is shocked and asks him as to how was it possible. The QC tells him
that Rudr had told them to mix used wax in their ointment instead of
fresh wax. Abhi tells him that it is illegal to do that. The QC
tells him that he tried to explain that to Rudr but he didn't
listen. Abhi looks upset.
4. The QC calls Rudr and tells him that he told everything to
Abhi, as he didn't have any other choice, and that Abhi was very
upset. Rudr looks worried and wonders as to how he would explain
everything to Abhi. He turns off his phone and tells himself that
this the only way to avoid him.
5. Abhi goes to the office but doesn't find Rudr there. He
tries calling him but couldn't get through because Rudr's phone is
turned off.
6. Kesar's mom tells Kesar that Karvachauth is on the following
day and asks her if anyone from the Mallya house came to inform her.
Kesar tells her that no one had come yet. Kesar's mom tells her that
tomorrow would be her first Karvachauth as a married woman and she
would make sure that everything goes perfectly. She tells Kesar to
remind Rudr that he has to be home early tomorrow.
7. Dadi and Dadaji prepare the 'Sargi' for Kesar. Soumya comes
there and asks them for whom are all those things. Dadi tells her
that they are for Kesar, as she would be keeping her first
Karvachauth, as the daughter-in-law of their family, tomorrow. She
tells Soumya that she would also invite Kesar for the prayer they
will have tomorrow. Binita comes there and asks Dadaji if she could
see the jewelries. Dadaji gives them to her. Soumya, then, tells
Binita to be careful, as they are for Kesar. Binita is upset. Soumya
then asks Dadi as to how Kesar would end her fast if Rudr doesn't
come to the Mallya house. Dadi tells her that she would personally
invite him to come there, as he never refuses her. Binita is furious.
8. Dadi and Soumya go to Kesar and Rudr's house. They are happy
to see them there. Rudr invites them in. Dadaji gives the 'Sargi' to
Kesar and asks her to come to the Mallya house tomorrow, as it would
be her first Karvachauth as the daughter-in-law of their family.
Kesar looks at Rudr and he nods his head. Kesar, then, tells Dadi
that she would definitely come. Dadi then tells Rudr that he has to
come, too. But Rudr doesn't answer. Dadi tells him that he has to
come there for Kesar, as she would be fasting the whole day for him
and if he doesn't come, she wouldn't be able to eat anything. Rudr
tells her that he would definitely come for Kesar. Dadi is
happy.Rudr tells Dadi that he has to leave because he has an
important meeting to attend.
9. Rudr gets out of the house and is on the way to the office
but Binita stops him. She gets down of the car, and asks him if she
could drop him off anywhere. Rudr tells her to leave him alone.
Binita tells him that she had to come there because Dadi doesn't
know where he lives and that Soumya only remembers posh localities.
Binita tells him that, just like Kesar, she would also be keeping
her first Karvachauth tomorrow. She tells Rudr that even though they
are not married, she has already considered him as her husband. Rudr
gets irritated. She tells him that she has more right towards him
than Kesar because she is carrying his child whereas Kesar just has
the 'manggalsutra' he has given to her. Rudr tells her that
Kesar's 'mangalsutra' is a proof of a lawful and accepted
relationship whereas her child is a proof of a wrong and
illegitimate relationship. He tells her that Kesar will always have
more right towards him. He tells to stop dreaming, especially when
she knows that they are never possible. He leaves from there and
Binita is furious.
10. Abhi is in his room and is very upset. Abhi's mom comes
there and asks him as what the matter is. He tells her that Rudr has
let him down. His mom asks as to what did Rudr do and Abhi tells her
everything. She tells him to talk to Rudr about this and come up
with a solution. Abhi tells him that he's been trying to contact
Rudr the whole day but he feels as if Rudr is avoiding him. His mom
tells him that Rudr must have been busy with work. She tells him to
talk to him tomorrow.
11. Abhi goes to Rudr's cabin. Upon seeing him enter, Rudr
pretends to be talking on the phone. He gets up and is about to
leave but Abhi tells him that he has to talk to him. Rudr tells him
that he is in a hurry, as he has to meet a client urgently. Abhi
doesn't look convinced.
12. Rudr is on the 'rickshaw' and gets a call from someone who
tells him to take a u-turn if he values his wife, Kesar's life. Rudr
gets worried and tells the caller that he'll what he says but
nothing should happen to Kesar. He tells the driver to take a u-
turn. Abhi follows him in his car (but Rudr is not aware).
13. Everyone at the Mallya house is celebrating 'Karvachauth'.
Kesar is waiting for Rudr but he doesn't show up yet.
14. Rudr asks the driver to stop at the place where the caller
had asked him to. Abhi reaches there too but Rudr doesn't see him.
Rudr spots a car there and goes near it. He is surprised to find
Binita inside the car. Rudr gets angry and asks her whther she was
the one who called him there and she tells him that she had no other
way to call him to her. Rudr gets in the car and tells her that she
should be thankful that she only threatened to hurt Kesar. He tells
her that if something had actually happened Kesar, he would have
killed her. Binita tells him to relax, as it is Karvachauth and she
hasn't eaten anything since the morning. She tells him to take the
glass of water and make her drink it so that she could end her fast.
Rudr takes the glass of water and throws it on her. Binita is
stunned. Rudr gets out of the car and tells her that if she thinks
that she could have him in her life, she should forget it, as it
would never happen. He tells her that the more she tries to come
closer to him, the more he would move away from her. He tells her
that this right (referring to Karvachauth) will always belong to
Kesar and no one else. He leaves from there. Binita tells herself
that Rudr made a mistake by making fun of her love and ignoring
their child and that he would have to pay for this. She says that
Kesar took away everything from her and it is now time to take her revenge.
