Loll, so rather than reaching out to Minnie to make amends, she'll overcompensate with a literal baby who knows nothing? That's perfect. 😆

Lol I was just quoting her, as she seems to be thinking. People could have said she was selfish if she did that cause then who would have served the oldies. Also, I definitely see her overcompensating but not necessarily in a good way. Reaching out is not her superpower I guess 😑

It just looked like there was some part of the story or something that hadn’t come to light as yet

Yeah, maybe you're right. It's possible they left an opening for Ashok's return. I don't think Minnie's daddy issues are totally resolved, especially since she didn't get to hear what was in HS' heart.

If not then, she definitely made it about herself today when she told Babita "aise aankhein na dikha" and since it's her home, she'll decide who can come and go.

And then when he comes back, she doesn't even bother to tell him the full truths. They're all halves' manipulated to generate the most sympathy for her. Even today, kaise aaram se khaana paros diya without even letting him know the awful thing she said to both Mickey and NB.

@bold, she's behaving exactly like those conniving women in saas-bahu soaps. Can't believe it. I bet she will stop shedding tears for Minnie soon and move on with her life.

Only HS will be living with heartbreak because Babita clearly won't feel it.

And we never knew what happened after imartis death. maybe HS raat ko pi ke hi ghar aata tha jut to sleep. maybe they interacted in the day. and maybe he became too closed up to allow anyone inside.

But considering NB and HS had gotten closer again, it would have only made sense for HS to think & care about her and expect babita to do the same like he expected with chachi

But HS does care about her. He's just too caught up with everything else going on in his life, primarily all the kalesh caused by Babita. Even if he wanted to, he can't ignore them.

I guess HS will be on the brink of walking out but then they realise Babita is preggers and he turns into full protective mode. Also puts every human emotion into that relationship with his child I guess. Babita will also probably feel some guilt and will help him spoil Arya to no ends 🙁. Seriously I'm so drained by this drama.

@bold, that's the only think that makes sense, not that we can expect logic here. 😆

I know. There's a rustic charm to it and there's genuine chemistry and a natural flow to not just the scenes themselves but between all the characters regardless of who it is. Post marriage, everything has become disjointed and fractured.

Well, I am guessing that's awakened in him after he lost everything. From his words to Babita in the past few episodes it's clear he's finding his way back to being the bindaas HS we knew initially. Babita is in for a rude awakening, and if for nothing else than log kya kahenge she will have to deal with HS' being frank with her, minus the molly coddling.

Living in the uk you see this a lot because of single mums. When the relationship ends sour, the children are the ones to suffer. The mum and dad both move on with other partners but all the while because the mums affections have changed they automatically expect the kid to regard the latest man as “dad”, stop the kids seeing the father and spend every moment possible turning them against their father. They had the potential here to show the difference in spousal relationship and parental. Ashok wasn’t a perfect parent but babita is not a perfect mother also. Just because he was a bad husband doesn’t mean he should be automatically denied the chance to be a father. But with mothers like babita it’s got to be one or the other. Similarly she expected mini to not speak to her own grandparents because of the in-laws they were to her. Not even that, primarily it was so they don’t question HER as a mother and say she’s too focused on her new marriage (which she ended up being anyways) lmao

To think Kammo and Khatri were right in all this, and got the chance to say 'I told you so' to the FL.

PB really is unique.

And if he tried to talk about it he will instantly be compared to Ashok who at first was a model husband too, or so we've heard.
