Could Aditi Rao Haydari have played Padmavati better than Deepika? - Page 3

Aditi would be a better Nandini. She is not that good looking to play Padmavaati. But she is a better actress than Aish. Aish's acting was laughable as Nandini😆 She was a little improved as Jodha and people went gaga over her medicore acting in JA because she can't do better than that. No wonder her movies have been flopping left, right and centre recently.

Beauty is in beholder's eyes but everyone knows Aish has poor acting skill. All these years she has survived because of her beauty. What is the benefit of being beautiful when your movies are megaflops.

Haven’t seen the movie but the acting by Deepika in Nainowale ne song was majestic. Don’t think even Alia can match that.

Deepika looked the best in RamLeela. In Padmavat, she looked horrible

It's very typical to hear these types of comments online in forums like this. The "underdog" is glorified infinitely. Deepika is arguably the biggest star of the last decade, but on this forum people will say "she can't act" and "she's not even that pretty". And saying Aditi Hyderi would be better in as Padmavati is along the same lines.

Ya maybe..but her name wouldn't draw audience as much as Deepika..

Aishwarya would've been perfect as Padmavati..the beauty, grace and audience connect..also less dialogues. But she made characters of Nandini and Jodha so memorable u cannot imagine anyone else in the role. She can be a good actor under right directors.

Deepika IMO just needs better make up person and stylist..in reel and real. She has a gorgeous face but not every look suits her. U need features like Aish and Sonam to look good in anything
