If the movie actually did something,it was bringing Deepika's beauty out. Minimal makeup and just so simple(Except her eyes -_- Perpetually crying and glassy eyed)

Aditi looks too beautiful for a supporting role and too bland for a leading role.

Aditi is not the most stunningly beautiful woman out there but she definitely looked far better than Deepika in Padmavaat. In their face off scene it was painfully obvious that Aditi is the better looking of the two women. From then on , it felt laughable.

Aditi would have made it more credible that a notorious king would have fought a whole damn war over her😆....warna SLB ki Padmavati ko Khilji dekh leta toh aise wapis ho jaata...😆

Maybe that's why the movie Padmavati didn't show her face to Khilji, so that the whole exaggerated myth about her so-called great beauty isn't busted. 😆

All I can say is Padmavati and also Bajiro exposed Deepika is a limited actress who does not make a character her own and needs really good script & director to extract decent performance out of her.

If it was a better actress she would have managed to give a good performance despite a lacklusture script.

SLB did make Deepika look horrible for a supposed queen who is to be beautiful.
