Just to divert her mind from the presence of the person whom she despises, (well, atleast her mind was telling her so but her heart was saying otherwise.) she decided to look outside. It was pouring. 'The Mumbai Rain', she thought to herself. She was lost in the beauty of rain.

Rain is always harbinger of happiness for her. It always brought good luck for her. She remembered the incident when she was 7 year old. She and Divi had participated in a poetry and dance competition respectively. Both of them won first prize. Their happiness was beyond everything. Obviously, it was their first ever achievement. After that, they won many competitions, infact their classmates were always envious of them. But nothing was equal to their first achievement.

Divi always said "Di, firsts are always special and remembered forever." Drishti smiled to herself, unbeknownst of the pair of eyes sneaking glances of her. Seeing her happy, a small smiled escaped from Rakshit's lips.

Suddenly, she tilted her head and raised her eyebrow."I would appreciate if you focus on driving as I don't want to die at such a early age."

Rakshit was caught off guard. "I wasn't staring at you." He blurted. 'And I won't let you die so early', he added silently.'

She smirked "when did I said you were staring at me, Mr. Shergill?"

He sighed. He was trying to win the lost battle. He decided to concentrate on driving. Soon there was awkward silence between them which no one was willing to break.

Finally they reached at Romy's house. Rakshit opened the door for her like a gentleman he is, Drishti rolled her eyes and thanked him. She went inside without looking back although her heart was constantly whispering her to look back but she very well knew how to keep her feelings at bay. She was hurt! And some wounds are so deep that nothing can heal it.

Rakshit waited till she went inside the house. He then started the engine, his thoughts were occupied by Drishti. He was overwhelmed and why wouldn't he? He met her - his first love after two years! She is gonna to work as his PA and that's means he can spend more time with her. Isn't that the best thing? After two years, for the first time he was looking forward for the next day. His train of thoughts was disturbed by his ringtone. Caller ID made him sigh.

"Haan, bolo Lavanya." He asked with irritated voice. He was tired of her constant nagging in his life.

"Rakshit baby, where are you? Hum sab kab se tumhara wait kar rahe hain." Lavanya demanded.

"What do you mean by 'hum sab'?" He was surprised.

"Tum bhul gaye? Your Mom invited me for dinner, my dear would be husband." Fake disappointment was flowing through her voice.

Rakshit internally groaned at her last sentence and he hung up on her.

Romy's house.

"Di, how was your day?" Romi asked enthusiastically.

Drishti gave him a look that said We - Are not - going - to - talk - about - it. He gave her his best puppy eyes. She sighed. "I'm working with Mr. Rakshit Shergill as his Personal Assistant. And you know who is Rakshit Shergill? The one who I thought was Purab in Delhi, the same person who lied to every one of us." Tears were threatening to come.

Romy knew that this was very sensitive topic for her but he knew one thing that Rakshit wasn't so bad person. Yes, he lied to her but still he never tried to hurt anyone rather he helped her sister's family. "Di, I know you are upset because of him but trust me, he is not that bad person." He tried to defend Rakshit.

"Really Romy, you are taking his side." Tears were rolling from her cheeks.

"Di, please don't cry. I'm just saying, give him second chance. We all deserve second chance, right?" He wiped her tears and hugged her. She pulled herself " Acha thik hain, ab main sone jati hoon. I don't want to be late on my second day." She trotted to her bedroom.

"Good Night Romy." She shouted after sometime. He smiled sadly. He knew that his sister was hiding her grief behind the happy mask. He wanted her to be happy, to live for herself but she always put others happiness first. He promised himself to make sure that she will enjoy every moment of her life till she was here and he knew exactly what to do to make her happy.
