Kohinoor's Kali in Star's Antariksh

Manish Wadhwa, who plays the ruthless assasin Kali in SaharaOne's

Kohinoor, will now be seen in a positive avatar in Star Plus' Antariksh, being produced by Ashim Samanta, who earlier did Kalcchakra for the same channel.

Antariksh is based on science fiction and will be a weekly that will be aired at 9 pm, post KBCI, we have it on authority.

Manish believes that his character in Kohinoor has given his career the leverage it needed. The promotional activities have primarily been concentrated on him and that has made him a household name.

Manish seems very excited about the new show, "Yes, it is an interesting show to do and I get to play a positive character. I have been shooting for this for two-and a half years!," he points out. The actor has also bagged a big banner film and is raring to take on the big screen.

When contacted, Ashim Samanta refused to comment. "I am not supposed to talk about it before January," is all he concedes.
