She was talking as if he's a complete outsider, even though the other day she said he was her friend and guide.

She was the one who actually never accepted him. It's quite clear now. Her project Babita ki shaadi is over, so she doesn't need him anymore.

I was hoping that he would find out about the application and find out a way to finance her studies, but after her ehsaan comment today, I don't think so anymore. She cheapened every single memory with him.

I don't know, that VM would have made anyone emotional, considering there was already a crack in their relationship post marriage but also because it was a beautiful VM.
