Haha yes, Friday se phir se extra pyar aa raha hai. Somehow seeing that NM SC interaction at the Gold awards got a flood of Shivika nostalgia back and I ended up resuming my rewatch of old IB epis 😆

Bade dino baad I’m being able to reconnect without feeling irritated at either of them 😂....bas thode se hi scenes mein yaad aa gaya ki yes, they could act and were at their absolute best with each other. Warna otherwise toh they’ve both done such artificial stuff off late ki o I was wondering if I imagined all their great work as Shivika ...lol 🙈

Hey AY and Fary! Dropped by here after ages. And saw this and caught up with your banter wala thread too. and just like that in a flash I am back to missing them and rewatching old episodes. They felt so much like the old NM-SC in the gold award segment after sooo long. And such a natural chemistry they have. Warna most of the times logon ka yeh sab fake and put on lagta hai. But inka apna hi chalta rehta hai 😀. And even though they haven’t shot together for almost a year and barely met in all that time it was as if they just instantly picked up where they left off. Now I realise all the more how much of Shivika was NM-SC’s own natural dynamic and ease and therefore can’t be found in other pairs. I haven’t watched Sanjivani (or any other show for that matter) so I don’t know how her chemistry is with her new costar but this is hard to replicate for both of them with other people even if they do well. This kind of chemistry is rare and Shivika is special.

IF is looking so badla badla sa that I am struggling a bit to navigate around

Sanjivani 2 toh dekhna bhi Mat. You will be traumatized by SC ki overacting in that one 🙈😂....to be fair, the super shitty writing doesn’t do her any favors either. Chemistry toh ghanta hai....scenes are tacky ya cheesy....her and Namit are both overacting.... lol

Better to remember her in a natural mode or as Anika.

Prove ho gaya phir se that NM-SC are at their most natural together. I also resumed my IB rewatch and got through the memory loss track. Lol I’m on the Mahi track now. 😂 sab Gangaram hai. 🤣

Just as well that I haven’t watched. Ab to dekhungi bhi nahi. 😛. Even NM was so champu in his previous show. In donon ka ek dusre ke saath hi ek alag hi dynamic tha. They brought out the best in each other. And there was a certain spontaneity to them. Gold awards mein bhi one could see bina script ke and itne time gap ke baad also that was there. Total Shivika nostalgia it brought on.

I had started rewatching and reading old threads leap ke baad but some how with all the offscreen stuff I got put off and lost connect. Phir man hi nahi kiya. Now all the feels got revived bas gold awards mein ek Jhalak dekh ke. So I am back to rewatching since that day. 😁 Have reached the biwi declaration time. So Mahi wala Gangaram is just round the corner. It’s slow going because zyada time nahin mil raha hai. Plus each episode ke saath I am reading the old cc and your threAds which have it’s own fun reading all the frustrations and the trolling 😀. But maza aa raha hai padhne mein. Took me a little time because beech mein IF ka naksha badal gaya but I think I have got a little used to the new look now.

Lol yes, NM toh pehle champu hi tha. Thankfully he grew his beard and hair back again after whatever weird mid life crisis he went through so he looked normal again at these gold awards 🙏😂

Haha yeah same. I’m also rewatching at my own pace Dheere Dheere....kabhi pause ho jaata hai, kabhi I pick it up again depending on time and mood. Lol

I used to be SO frustrated with the Mahi track in real time so I can only imagine how the discussions from that time must sound like now 🤣

But rewatch mein I’m not as annoyed. I’m still forwarding all the other faltu Prinku ACP Kamini stuff though. Lol and Sumo ko Ab is Track mein dekhna is weird considering how they twisted her later on.

Shivika still got the feels though ❤️
