yep thats the intent , channel is yet supporting them so obviously they hv to create something to keep it going . few tweets back PH on twitter did requested for watching it so that rating could be improved , also thanked the channel for their continued support despite of weak ratings & explained how it becomes tough to continue hence channel gets forced to take the call .

but the main thing is what is the point of stretching it when actually u hv no ideas left....😆

I don't think that's the intent....the writers seem to think that the current picture of "domestic bliss" is totally fine....nobody points out the lack of substance. All that gets analyzed is chemistry or camera angles😆....or the lack of balance overall.

Unless some big blow-up happens where HS and Babita realize how superficial their relationship actually is now, I don't see anything much changing.

They will only fight over external factors like Mini or the Khuranas....there seems to be no cognizance about the total lack of substance in their own relationship.

Perhaps it was never meant to be. For someone supposedly so wise and philosophical, I could never understand why he fell for Babita in the first place except for her beauty and cooking, which he recently also mentioned.

Perhaps this is the compromise you make when you marry again if you are in a situation like them.

I don't see Babita going through mental and emotional growth if things go this way, so HS will not see her step up or eventually expect her to.

I also feel that the entire shaadi track messed with the basic essence of PB on some levels that they haven't managed to recover from.

Now post shaadi, a kind of simplicity that used to exist in the show is gone.....it's a small thing, but to me, seeing a GIANT chooda on Babita's hands is jarring in some ways.....she doesn't feel like the original simple Babita I used to like....ofcourse her messed up personality doesn't help any much either.....lol

It makes me wish they had gone for a simple wedding and focused on a subtle approach to developing their relationship rather than blowing it all up with a lavish wedding.

LOL exactly....this is the million dollar question. If you are totally out of story ideas, how will you stretch it even for the sake of pandering to the channel? 😕

The irony is that there ARE many ideas still left to explore....HS ka past baggage, HS-Mini ki relationship, Babita's personality maturity a bit.....but seems like either the channel hasn't greenlit any of these ideas or the makers themselves don't want to pursue them and would rather show random drama that doesn't go anywhere.

To find balance, there needs to be a realization that imbalance exists.....HS seems incapable of realizing that these days. And it would be quite unconvincing to show Babita of all people suddenly realizing the imbalance.....lol

No, his conversation with Lala the other made it clear that he is aware of the imbalance but doesn't want to push things. I think he expected a lot of this to happen in terms of amrit manthan, so he just keeps things light and fluffy.

The way he put back the sindoor ki dibbi back in the drawer was symbolic of him shutting off that part of his life from her again, perhaps forever. Sad.

I think this is frustrating everyone because we know that some of the best tracks are yet to come and are goldmines. Ugh.

Hey, he was being HONEST😆....so very honest about the shallow reasons he fell for her....lol most men wouldn't be that honest about how shallow their thinking actually is😆

Yes, if things continue this way only, HS really can't expect Babita to step up for anything....he himself has set the tone for this skewed relationship now by pandering to everything she wants and the kind of person she is, she will never realize on her own that she needs to step up and try to connect with him beyond these "pati ka sukh" spells.....lol

I guess they will find out that this "sukh" alone ain't gonna be enough to get through this lambi zindagi together😆

this is the blunder they keep making , like if they say that its the beginning of another phase thats fine but when each time when they say real kahani ab shuru hui hai ....😆 it couldn't be more sillier than this .
