Taapsee Pannu has carved a niche for herself in Bollywood and the actress has come a really long way with her career choices. The dream to seize every meaty and extravagant character out there, actors tend to dive at great lengths in order to achieve their targets. Landing on such a quivering platform can be a tough job. And over the years, Taapsee has managed to cleanse her choices in regard to good meaningful scripts.

However, Taapsee has expressed her mixed feelings about being constantly criticized for everything that she does. The 32-year-old actress has been making it to the headlines for actors reacting to her moves. And during a recent interaction with Deccan Chronicle, she had a rather sarcastic take.

The actress seemed irritated for always being caught under the crossfire and she expressed her discontent as she said, “Ek kam karti hoon main acting karna chhod deti hoon (I will do one thing, I will stop acting), and only play characters of my age and girls from Delhi. We are actors, so should we stop acting?

“As an actor, I will sometimes play characters of different ages. We should stop being camera actors, I think. I know it’s not an easy visual, as these women pick up guns at the age of 60, and the film showcases their story from half of their current ages.”

Currently, Taapsee and Bhumi Pednekar are on a promotional spree for their upcoming film, Saand Ki Aankh, and the film features the story of two women who became the sharpshooters after the age of 60.

She is being targeted unfairly.

Kangana's negativity & toxic statements against her are spreading, and finally affecting her, just like it did in Hrithik's case, from which he opts out after years.

She is attention seeker.She behave like this,only she is targeted.

There were many actresses who would have performed well in that role like deepti naval, supriya, ratna pathak or neena gupta. And it's not that tapsee bhumi bring great commercial value atleast some other good actresses would have atleast done justice to it and got critical acclaim.

Anybody can play any role but they should do justice to it bas acting ke naam pe aukaat ke bahar experiment kyun karna? If she had performed well the same critics would have praised her. She should stick to pink type roles only.

🤣 .... I find it funny when actors who claim to be carefree get worked up over justified criticism! .. I can imagine her fuming and damaging her curls! .. 😆

Fugly Nautanki, bas udti rahe ti... Got success via someone else's role mostly. Nothing new in her acting.

Why doesn’t she accept it and move on? She really can’t handle criticism. It’s not wrong that people wondering why senior actresses doesn’t play that part or werent offered. Why does She take it so personally.
