A marriage can be upheld only when that marriage is based on equality where two parties were equally wanting the marriage ..and I don't mean wanting to marry to save someone's life sorta wanting .. marriage is the coming together of two people who want to be with each other - and just by taking saat phera with a random guy or someone putting sindoor/mangalsutra on you doesn't make you bound to them .. this is the reason for many women sticking on in their abusive marriages because they think they need to remain bound to their marital status and husband - nevermind if that husband is a first order ass*ole! If I were Prerna I would call out on all Bajaj's misdeeds in front of that huge audience that she's having in the basu house ..the guy can do nothing - kuki also doesn't need a dad who can stoop so low as to snatch away a woman from a man she loves despite knowing she's carrying his baby ..yuck the very thought is pukeworthy!!! .. kuki is a pure soul ..may she grow up with good ethics and morals!
Sorry, but marriage is a social and legal contract. Once you marry with full customs, it’s recognized by law. For ex; if there is no prenuptial agreement, then you are entitled to half your spouses wealth.
No one can deny Prerna is legally married to Rishabh and as such if she is carrying on or leading on men on the side, that could be labelled home-wrecking or at the worst adultery.
You can argue that Prerna May not owe Rishabh her love, but she does owe the marriage her loyalty.
Pretty sure there was a mini track where P went to jail, cuz komo said she was the home wrecker and Police believed her cuz Komo got married to Anu with all the customs in front of society? Could be wrong here.
