Not seen the Episode but one thing comes to mind from hearing about this tea making moment and that is mutual respect.

Woman today doesnt need marriage and husband to give her identity in front of society. Did bajaj every asked pre what is her happiness or with whom her happiness lies leaving aside his personal family? I am sure asked with honesty he will get his answers. If a husband or man asks loyality in any form from woman and from marriage it means for him only his happiness matters and i would rather have someone who puts my happiness above everything else in the world my heart will be always loyal to that man without any actions or words. That automatically assures woman that she is imp to be a equal partner in this marriage. Ideal husband whould be where wife doesn't even need to ask or fear husbands openion just be her self as selfless as she can l. Some husbands and wife like to make decision of stuff together but here clearly pre's fear of proving that she is keeping her end of the deal and not her own choice of happiness. I would rather die knowing that someone in this world cares about me more than their own life without any bound. Someone just need to ask pre without expecting too much and let her be free from other happiness but think about her won and that person will be an ideal husband and vice versa.

do u really think prerna is today's woman? her character has no connection with this century's woman. one of the most weakest woman character she has... no own identity , no personality .. no strength at all. ekta has butchered very badly her character from day 1 for satisfying ML . so if u compare her situation with today's woman life journey then i have nothing to take on.. cos for me this prerna is not from today's era

Ideal husbands dont buy wives and their loyalties. They earn them.

Ideal husbands dont spin a web of lies as trust is the foundation for any ideal relationship. And then ups and downs can be taken care of.

Ideal husband in their insecurity dont exhibit a tendency to kill in cold blood. They know the heart of their partner and keep faith in their relationship.

Ideal husband wouldnt want to trap their wives into a loveless marriage knowing her heartbeats for another man. He would set her free.

Ideal husbands don't wear masks. They lay their hearts bare.

Bajaj in his own independent light is anything but ideal. And i dont think the character was ever written to be ideal either.

Well said Sonia and along with this I'll add that sach ki chot se pehle sach bahar aane ka darr har pal us rishte ko khokla karta hai.

Here also Bajaj is trying his best not to let truth come out in the open. That's why all this planning and plotting to gain her trust like that. Agar dum hai to sach bolke apne rishte ki buniyaad ko mazboot banao jhoot ke dum pe nahi.
