How does stories on WordPress get visibility?

I do read few stories on WordPress but most of these people wrote on IF and gradually moved to WordPress blogs. So was wondering how new readers would get to know blog stories

What happens on these platforms is that if you make it public then anyone can searching for it can read it without acknowledging it

If you make it private then it has to be via invite which means you need a list of readers

So I guess informing readers via tweet or FB is a possibility but I found that it is not that simple

Anyway I guess I will first concentrate on completing Sea Mist and figure it out later 😃

Sorry I didn't comment on Chapter 19 and Chapter 20 earlier.

Chapter 19

Arnav's father is so selfish. He wants to use Arnav but not care for him or his choices. He hadn't been a father to have rights to control his life. Glad that Arnav bluntly said no to marry lavanya.

Arnav loves Khushi and he has to open up to her. Hiding things doesn't help.

Khushi is almost kidnapped and in danger as per the caller. It seems the snake as in Shyam.

Chapter 20

This got even more murkier with Akash Payal love story. I shouldn't be judging but what kind of spineless men are Akash and his father who let their parents decide who they marry only because of business and then have affairs whose outcome is always bad for the other girl. Agreed Akash suffered because Sia was sick otherwise he got away while Arnav took the blame. Yet their father pushes Arnav all the time.

His father has managed to ruin so many lives and a death of a young girl too

Chapter 21

Shyam and Sia' s parents are so disgusting. First they get rid of Sia by marrying her off then have the guts to blame Akash. Well he could have gotten a divorce if not for the so called business family.

Feel bad for Sia too. She suffered a lot.

Anjali took the right decision to leave the disgusting man. Arnav's father has ruined her and her daughter's life too. Hope Manav and she get together

Arshi are finally together and all the secrets are out in the open.

I may have mixed up the Chapters because I read all 3 together.

I have a question who is The missing girl? I lost track on it.

Hey don’t say that your an amazing writer, it’s just that with IF a lot of people have moved on to WP it Wattpad which is a very good platform it helps writes proact there work too also with the new IF it’s very hard to get in with the new things

Ps still haven’t got the pm for the update will be catching up soon with this story hope that’s alright

Kshiti, May be it is a good idea to continue the story on wattpad and see how it works. Then you can make a decision. We will follow you there for a second time read.

Hi Kavita.

It's not you. It's just most writers have left IF and readers also frequent less here because of that comments are less.

Please hang in there.

A suggestion you can try posting this on wattpad for more exposure and if you are concerned about privacy then post it on wordpress because that is better than blogspot which has issues with links of invites not working many a times.
