I think the bright clothes are deliberate too. She has all the trappings of a newlywed on the outside but inside it's all messed up with their relationship.

Yes! And even though she scolds and may say things that hurt him, he still respects her A LOT. The wisdom she has, the way she doesn't shy away from filling that place his mother would have... ufh, Naeem Bi has a great hand in why HS has such an immense capacity for love. Regardless of what life threw at her, she still continues to spread love, affection, and her wisdom onto everyone. She is truly a Dadi Amma!

I dare say he loves Naeem Bi. I remember the episode where he was mock scolding her for sending him to the tailor and he had to stand there and feel embarrassed as a thanedaar, yet one smile from her and he looked at her so affectionately and pulled her cheek. ❤️

I agree she has in a way raised him and passed on a lot of her values. Her capacity for immense, selfless love is what I see in him too, and I guess some of his wisdom. What I love about him is that even if he doesn't always understand things as well as NB he respects her advice and at least keeps it in mind but still continues to be his own person.

NB is off limits to everyone, especially Babita. After complaining about Beeji she can't hold a candle to NB.

Maybe he should just start making pots by himself upstairs and leave the wheel lying around to remind Babita of what they shared and what that feeling was about.

Can someone explain to me what exactly is Babita scared or terrified of? Having sex, getting intimate or is it something else? Is that court scene still haunting her? This is beyond my understanding at this point 🙄

I used to be a pretty babita loving person... writers have managed to make me feel annoyed with her... Congratulations to the writers, if this is what they wanted.

I loved imperfect babita, but this "dobi" babita is too much to handle. How could she be so clueless and oblivious about feelings of other people!

If they wanted to show that babita had her share of mistake in previous failed marriage,they could have done it more gracefully- what they are showing her right now makes me feel like she's having premature menopause or she wasn't interested in men to begin with.
