Who else wants more darker movies with anti hero main characters?

I love Bollywood movies like Omkara, Haider, Once upon a time in Mumbai, Gangs of wasseypur, Rajneeti etc. but those don't seem to be that popular. Most of the movies i mentioned flopped at the BO.

It feels like the audience only likes inspirational & fun movies with perfect heroic characters who always do everything right. Maybe Kabir Singh will start a trend of anti hero main characters?

True. Baazigar, Darr, Don, Fan and Raees. SRK excels in anti hero roles unlike most actors. Considering how romance doesn't fit him anymore, he should do more anti hero stuff again. Raees was way better than most of his movies this decade

I prefer him in a negative role always...people call him the King of romance because he has this absolutely amazing chemistry with almost all actresses...so romance becomes more prominent...but even when he was younger he killed it in those negative roles....even KANK was kind of negative...although I don't like that movie...I absolutely loved his performance as the obnoxious and stinking Dev....that so many people hated his character in the movie....just shows how perfectly he played it😆

True, in fact he got noticed first because of his fantastic negative roles in Baazigar & Darr (but his most unlikable character is in Anjaam, what an evil dude). No one back then had the guts to do such roles

Not a fan of KANK either (his character seemed unintentionally unlikable, same for Rani's) but he gave a good performance as always
