I talked to Chandni over phone today - GOD PROMISE :0)

I understand that Chandni is not some Madhuri Dixit that I have to swear on God (in title) to make you beleive...lol... but its true that Bollywood actors, active or retired are a bit hard to be in contact with.

Today an hour ago I was bored and just checked Chandni's facebook page, I instantly got an idea to lets check her company in Orlando USA Bollywood Magic's phone number, so I googled it and got the number.

Honestly I was not at all expecting that I will talk to her, I thought maybe its an office' number and most probably her staff will pick it up.

Upon dialing I heard a lady who sounded just like an American "gori" from her thick accent. (Chandni is settled is USA since 2004 so the accent thing was bound to happen).

I just asked is this Bollywood Magic's number and she replied yes, I then asked can I talk to Navdita / Chandni (her real name is Navdita), and she asked me "Is this about Bollywood magic? " and I stated that no I want to talk to Chandni as I am her huge fan from her 90's movies and she replied " YES THIS IS" ...and I was tongue tied for a second as never expected this so suddenly, and also I have never planned to talk to her so just got totally blank. I totally recognized Chandni's voice from a certain way she used to speak and the tone of her voice, which was still the same., the pure USA accent made me confused for a second though.

But then I composed myself from the initial euphoria :0) and told her that I am her big fan and loved her screen presence and charming smile and she said THANK YOU in return, I also told her that I was keep searching her for many years as there was NO TRACE of her unlike other actresses of her time, and she said Thank you for this.

I then asked her that she had immense screen presence and could be a big name and its sad she had to leave the industry so soon.... I asked IS THERE ANY PLAN TO RETURN BACK TO BOLLYWOOD as she still looks great...Chandni then answered that "Look I am having 3 college going children and a family, so now it doesn't make any sense".

I had so many other things to ask but my mind got blank and could not think what else I could ask...so I thanked her dearly for her time, and she in a very good way ended the conversation.

Very happy today.

yeh zulm toh na karo yaar... one FLOP wonder 😲 ...her debut in lead opposite salman was a super hit... she also had a good role in mr azaad...and looked really pretty in 1942 a love story
