Exactly! In a husband and wife's relationship, the onus of fidelity is on the spouse, he/she should be accountable more than the third party but surely Naira will be taunted and Kartik will be given a free pass.

Is me zyada problem nahi honi chahiye.. Naira can continue to get angry with him for asking that question and he can go on investigating deeper on whether she is celebrating teej, Diwali, Navratri etc.. same story ... Here, because Vedika is involved, they are coming out as cheaters..

When vedika said and taunted naira so rudely..i wanted naira to stand up for herself but that was a short clip... vedika smiles at kartik and frowns or sulks at naira..i am like woman hello naira is not the husband..kartik is...he should be the one who you should be taunting and questioning.

But then wo drama kese layege unhe to spicy banana hai vedika ko lakr... if there was no wedding i would have agreed ...and everything from taunts to love would be personal for naira..but now when a third person is in between i hate that.

The third clip of kartik and naira in a car is after the confortation of the family with akhilesh and the convo between akhilesh and liza. He says surekha already knew about the affair and thus luv and kush were sent away...they constantly fought. Thus naira is consoling kartik that everything is going to be fine and they hold hands but when they see vedika they automatically widthdraw Also there was a segment of liza meeting them in the same cafe and crying hysterically about not knowing that akhilesh was married and had kids.

And why on earth was naira telling vedika how to make tea? Vedika was right there to show her attitude, because I'm here thinking "just shut up naira and stop trying to be helpful, nice and mahaan when not required". If you're sautan is making bad tea or food, let her, don't help her. Stupid woman!

Pankhuri said that more situations will be created which would cause her to misunderstand Kartik and Naira’s relationship, however, I don’t understand the point behind that all.

It’s not like Kartik-Vedika are the lead couple who need to misunderstand each other for the story to move ahead. Once the misunderstanding clears and she realises that there was nothing between Kaira, they weren’t meeting in secret, etc, what would happen? Would she be okay with Naira’s presence in Kaira’s life?

Or the misunderstanding would never be cleared and she would decide to leave Kartik for the better?

Maybe the situations are just a built-up for Vedika to ask Naira to leave the house, after which she would realise that Naira living or not living in GV would change nothing in her relationship with Kartik. He would never move on and might even start acting out because she was the one who asked Naira and his son to move out.

As someone has mentioned in another comment, what’s the point of her character? If anything, she puts Kaira into a bad light. Kartik might claim to be faithful to Vedika but then what’s up with him inching close to Naira every opportunity he gets?

I really hope Naira moves out of the GV because only then do I see the story proceeding. Kairav forcing Kaira into awkward situations isn’t cute anymore. How long is that gonna continue for?

I hope Kairav even learns about the marriage. I am curious about his reaction and if he would continue pestering Kaira to be together once he learns they aren’t actually together.

Also yes, Vedika should be confronting Kartik not Naira. It’s not Naira’s fault if Kartik cannot stop loving her or that he’s more concerned about her fasting than his apparent wife.

This has been irking me from the start; Vedika expecting Naira to move out rather than Kartik asking her to leave. Naira shouldn’t have been the one to ask for Vedika’s permission, Kartik should have done that.

Naira doesn’t owe anything to Vedika, Kartik does.

In a way I am glad that Kartik and Vedika don’t have any scenes together but practically speaking, Vedika and Naira should be interacting through Kartik. Over here, everyone is in a bad position except for Kartik.
