He should do daddy chacha roles now. Ye kishmish buddhe ko romance karte koi dekhna nahi chahta.

Nahi toh should retire and let chhoti SRK take over-Suhana.

Either retire or stop doing those shitty movies he is doing for last few years or so. He needs to take up roles that justify his age. The biggest problem is that with all the vfx they use to show him young, he still looks old. He has aged badly.

Why should he? He is a good actor.

Sure but he has awful script sense and despite so many failures he still doesn't get. Like how could he think something as dumb and ridiculous as Zero's second half would work with the audience?

Ranbir has awful script sense too he should also retire? Failures are part of everyone's career. SRK's look huge coz for major part of his almost 3 decade long career he had only successes. At his peak his failures were far n few unlike his contemporaries. He will bounce back stronger with the short break he is taking.

Well since he delivered the most successful movie of 2018 he is still better off than SRK right now. But fair point, he has had plenty of failures.

And failures are fine, it's not like SRK didn't have them before this decline, see the likes of Asoka or PDHH or Paheli. Difference is he used to bounce back quickly, now it's been like 6 years since his last real success and instead of improving he has gotten worse (his last two movies are among his biggest flops & most trashed movies..even though they were made by two good directors).

He has lost touch with the audience and doesn't know what a good script is anymore

He is taking a break to replenish and retrospect. So not right to write him off.
