The one movie of AK I have not seen and refuse to see. It hurt my sensibilities in the 90s LOL. I have seen some of his shitty films...his super duper floppy films multiple times haha...but not this one. It still angers me that in the 90s AK got an award for THIS crap but was denied for many of his other good films. LOL.

Anyways, AK has given some of the best content driven films in the 90s in my books. My all time favorite from the 90s is Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke. Great content! Still watch it now! And for romance, you can't beat QSQT's romance- gentle, sweet yet passionate. Both the lead male and female characters in both films defied stereotypes of the times they released. And I want to say that the romance was respectful in both films. The hero was kind and responsible. The heroine had a mind of her own! Like woah! 90s! LOL!

I'm just saying that Aamir being known for making 'content' films got his biggest blockbuster with a masala movie. He wasn't able to top Raja Hindustani with his classic films.
