Was mithun overrated as a dancer

I’m a fan of mithun but was mithun overrated as a dancer? Did he just happened to do a movie disco dancer and people assumed he was a trained or great dancer, because other than disco dancer he wasn’t shown to be great dancer in all his other movies. I always think Govinda was unquestionably the best dancer in Bollywood from 80s era to 90s, he was legit dancer and was doing some of funkiest slick moves well before hrithik Roshan and shahid kapoor even when he started putting on weight that reduced his flexibility.

Prabhu deva is the greatest of them all though but I didn’t include his name as he’s not a full time actor.
